It also lacks integration ability with many other products. Pros N/A - there is not much I can note that is a pro of the system. Cons The customer support (except for one friendly and helpful woman) is completely lacking but is also shockingly rude. Customer support often disregard your concern dismissing/deflecting your needs but I have also encountered one member who swore under their breath at me - I would like to note that I rarely call them for help and it is not like I had exhausted their time. I cannot speak highly enough of this Gold Standard team and I wish to express my gratitude to their sharing of expert knowledge and support. Well Done HR3 Team! Pros The software is fairly easy to use - it is intuitive by design. Cons No Cons to speak of. I am learning the program so I am not able to highlight any con's.
