We put out hands a lot inside the software and learned how to design it to our needs. It has been an ever growing learning curve but totally worth it. The system has improved our budgeting, reporting and closing activities significantly. Pros The software is adaptable to all businesses, it's flexible and most of all reliable. Additionally, in case of issues, the support team is very professional and helpful. Cons The road to the knowledge level we have now has been long and we had to learn the functionalities of the software on our own with limited support from the original project team.
