I worked on creating a custom integration between a mobile app and LiveChat. I found that the API documentation was excellent, and whenever I ran into an issue the LiveChat support was able to help and get me through it. I found the admin section of this product to be very intuitive and well designed.

Pros

The API was very clear and full of examples.

Cons

Nothing really. I ran into a few issues while developing, but I was just making mistakes in my code.

Pros

I have used this tool as a tester and this tool has many feature which you won't get in other chat tool. You can switch between agents. The interface is also good and easy to use. It has chatbot feature as well which may come handy for some companies.

Cons

The price is on the higher side if compared to other chat tool.

A much more satisfying way of getting help than the phone.

Pros

Simple interface that is very intuitive. I very much like the ability to get a transcript of the call.

Cons

I really don't have any negative comments. Although the response rate after entering so much information and then having to repeat is annoying.
