### "Keeping in touch with a new customer base"

We are able to connect with customers, specifically those we may not have reached otherwise, quickly and efficiently. The software is not perfect and does lead to frustration on occasion, but in our experience the benefits have outweighed any problems. We have recieved mostly positive feedback from users.

Pros

We have found that this software is mostly used by the younger part of our customer base who want answers quickly and without having to call and be on hold or come in just for a question. This has helped us to build up that base by allowing more efficient communication with them.

Cons

There are occasional problems as with most internet software with connectivity. It does cause frustration for our customers when a chat disconnects before a problem has been resolved. This doesn't happen frequently, but enough to note.

It's the best app discovered for doing business. I love it because it can address to all the Customers needs at once no matter the place they are ,the communication is instant.

Pros

The app offers a real time chat which is a great alternative to messaging or emails that take long to be delivered or fail to reach the recipient

Cons

I have not encountered any difficulties with this app maybe later on if I shift to a payment plan. Currently,am still on free trial but the app is amazing.

It has been one of the greatest apps that I've ever used to interact with customers and the fact that we're able to send the chat transcripts give an incredible peace of mind to the clients

Pros

You can easily share files with customers, send links, or even schedule meetings - you can also set up canned responses to answer common queries. It's also great that you can transfer chats between agents, which is helpful if your business has multiple departments with different specialties (or mostly because customers tend to request to speak to an agent) It is also important to note that the messages have a layout that is similar to Facebook/messenger. the queued chats are displayed in a column on the left panel, while you can focus on a chat in the center panel. Additionally, there's a right panel where you can see all the details of the customer that you're currently helping (sites that they've visited, their device, their browser, if they're a returning customer or not, etc.)

Cons

It can be pricey if you have several agents - there are multiple plans based on how many people you need to go live - One of the basic ones allows you to have 14 people at the same time (including admins, so this can reduce the number of agents that'll be assisting a customer))

Pros

The use of real-time chat allows us to communicate with our clients in a highly productive manner. We have found that creating many agent accounts and assigning specific tasks to different teams of workers helps us do more in less time.

Cons

Its price tag is higher than those of its rivals. The delay in getting chat messages is annoying and often leads to misunderstandings. It takes time for support to respond and fix the issue we report.

It's been a great experience so far. We've had hundreds of chats every week. I highly recommend adding ChatBot and HelpDesk if you do it though.

Pros

It was pretty easy to setup and it can be used on other sites and platforms in the event of switching to another store. It's also easy to use and greatly helps with our customer service team.

Cons

The desktop application isn't that great for Windows. It can get buggy at times, so I just use it in the browser.

LiveChat helps us get to know our customers, give personalized product suggestions, and capture more sales. It has definitely made a positive impact on our business!

Pros

LiveChat has been a great asset to the customer service aspect of our small business. It allows us more touch points and gives us opportunities to capture sales that may not have occurred without a simple (and quick) conversation. The platform is easy to set up and super easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see is a schedule for when the chat is online or offline. Sometimes I forget to turn off the chat when I finish for the day so a customer is still able to open a chat but there is no agent to chat with. I'm worried it leaves customers frustrated.

I feel that it has been regular, since I am not satisfied with the prices and some functionalities that do not work in a more stable and available way

Pros

The features that I like the most is that it is easy to add to your website and you avoid having to develop your chat service, so in a few minutes you can have a chat running on your website. The administration panel is ready to use and you can integrate it very easily and quickly into your app.

Cons

Downtime can be adjusted very little.In mobile apps, it often happens that the chat is not available despite the fact that there are agents available to attend.The price seems quite expensive for what it offers

I chose it because it was easier to implement on my site and it offered me tools that were very quick to use.

We have this tool integrated with our CRMs for internal support for our employees. Although our primary CRM does support live chat, we still use this tool since it has better build quality and stability. We also deploy it for our clients to enable chat features for their end-user support.

Pros

1\. Plenty of integrations are available: Almost any CRM can be integrated and it also can be integrated with Office 365, therefore, makes is available across tools. 2. Blazing fast chat service: can be achieved by links for end users. Document sharing and screen-share is also possible for trobleshooting and fixing issues.

Cons

This is a very lightweight tool which is only focued on live chat. No major issues that we have found in this tool. It is pretty solid, offers all the required features and has the capability to support large-scale industries as well.

As the admin of our technical support chat on campus, this has been a live saver.

Pros

Love the customizable chat widgets Also the settings, customize, preview layout is super helpful when designing our client end view. Reporting is so easy to access. The dashboard is also great for quick views of total tickets/chats The overview of all chats (invited, queued, and active) is also good for quick glances of an overview of what's currently happening. The ability to view archived chats and even supervise live chats are extremely helpful.

Cons

Our team doesn't have a ton of help agents so the pricing model works great for us. However, if we had a large team of chat agents, I don't know if we could afford it.

Livechat makes us as a company, more accessible to our customers. By integrating Livechat with platforms like Whatsapp and Facebook, our customers are provided with different options, with which they can reach out to us.

Pros

Livechat is intuitive on all platforms and has fantastic integrations with video conferencing , sms automation and file storage tools used in my company. The feature I like the most about Livechat though is the sneak peek feature, which allows us to see everything being typed by the customer on the chat bar, before they click send. Being able to see a customer as they type, allows better anticipation of the question and also provides more time to craft a response.

Cons

Livechat is among the very few tools I use at work, of which I have got no complaints about. It provides more than we need to engage customers through chatting.

Helped us give a better appearance of being on top of the technical world. We did a get a few leads, but not enough for the time needed to maintain the platform for us to keep it. Great if you have a larger staff (staff of 19 with one person available), or if you are willing to invest in the bot and still have someone to maintain as half of their job. Or that is what I found.

Pros

Very easy to use. Highly editable. Support has been FANTASTIC. We changed owners and needed to switch things over, they were so helpful in guidance. Great response on our website.

Cons

How it had to be constantly watched. I wish it could do some of the following. Integrate with messaging app (like iMessage) We would have loved to have multiple people use this for Sales and Service but it was so expensive to have one more license. It would be nice if there were levels, least expensive one license, next level 5-10 and so on. Options for small businesses to help support them, we only have on person who can barely watch the program(which is why we have discontinued it's use at this time). When that person is constantly watching it great results when they are not, it's barely worth the money we are spending. Would be neat to see if it could integrate with Apple Business Messages

Livechat enables customer engagement across our web platforms , mobile applications and even on social media platforms. A cross platform customer engagement experience like the one which Livechat provides, of course leads to greater customer satisfaction ,which is connected to improved patronage as well.

Pros

Canned response feature is an helpful part of my Livechat experience . This feature saves agents a lot of time , by enabling pre-saved responses to the most common questions our customers ask. The ability to just recall an automated response to a customers question, perhaps cuts the response time to address customer related issues by half .

Cons

There are no features that I would love to see on the Livechat platform , which are not already available.

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo il modo in cui i miei clienti possono porre le domande e assistenza in maniera istantanea per così poter migliorare l'esperienza dei miei clienti in maniera efficiente e veloce.
