Pros

This product is very easy to use and has a great integration to Zendesk ticket management. Support is always very helpful when needed

Cons

Their application sometimes proves to be glitchy and often times out but still worthwhile. Should there be a disconnection, the chat is passed to the next available agent

Overall it's been a great experience. Anytime I've had a question about a feature or functionality, customer service reps have been quick to respond and helped to find an answer.

Pros

I love how easy this software is to use "out of the box." Simply install it, add the code to your website, and then you're good to go. It's intuitive and simple to figure out. Having the ability to add tags and canned responses makes a huge difference too.

Cons

Their app (iPad at least) lacks some of the features that the desktop app or web version offer. Since I primary use it on a desktop or laptop, that isn't a deal breaker for me.

Pros

I like the custom agent routing options that LiveChat offered. We have multiple products in multiple regions, all of which are handled by different SDRs. It was very valuable to create routing rules based on those, as well as rollover priority rules for who should be the backup in case the designated SDR is unavailable/non-responsive.

Cons

I feel like LiveChat has not done a good job of keeping up with competitors from a functionality standpoint. Articifical Intelligence is leading many website chat conversions, and the bot experience with LiveChat was very limited.

I am so glad to use the livechat. It is most easy to communicate to my friends, colleagues and family as well. It can be used as business purposes. It is very fast to do the things and also very easy to handle the application. All kind of generation people can use this application.

Cons

I wish to say that to improve the logo design. Design have to change too another level. If most uncomfortable thing in this application is that we can't send lengthy videos.

Overall experience with LiveChat has been good so far. It is really easy to get it on your website and you can also customize your template to match with your website theme. You can efficiently track whatever happens on chat. On the top of all it provides you with a ticketing system as you generate tickets for your clients and you can track everything with it.

Pros

What I really like about LiveChat is that clients can share images with us real-time and it allows our staff to understand the concerns accurately and efficiently.

Cons

It would be really great if they can lower down the pricing a little though the features that we with LiveChat are amazing.

Overall, I enjoy using LiveChat as your customers can get to you much quicker than on the phone. You are notified and have a history of your chat. I think it is efficient for both the business owner and customer.

Pros

I like that you can instantly chat with the customer and that they are not waiting for a long time.

Cons

Sometimes it is not as easy to share files with the customer or direct them on how to locate the information they are looking for.

Pros

Great platform, I am a live chat specialist so I use this platform on a daily basis. I love how you can see exactly what page your visitor came from, How long they were on the page, whether they are a returning visitor, where they are located and much more. The platform also has great integrations such as with Infusionsoft. You can set sales goals and assign specific visitors to different team members depending on the department.

Cons

I have experienced issues with the phone app and desktop application where I have taken chats on my phone and then logged out to then log into the desktop application to find that it logged me into my desktop application and missed chats. Other than that it is a great application.

I found it to be an excellent and very useful application for customer service and super easy to embed in a website or e-commerce without having to have super technical knowledge. Just place the plugin or the code generated by it in the desired area and that's it. It has many options for customization of appearance and language, as well as automation of responses. Time and satisfied customers are saved, as agility and speed in service is essential to retain customers.

Cons

It's not a cheap application. In order to get the minimum return from it regarding reports, it is necessary to invest in the TEAM plan. Now if it is a robust e-commerce and has commercial service organized in an exclusive department, I recommend the BUSINESS.

We are a team of 4 people who use LiveChat 7 days a week to support our online web applications. We get chats throughout the day often when we out and we are using our mobile phones. The great part is that it is so flexible that we are able to support our sites 14 hours a day, 7 days a week with 4 people by sharing the load. We would be lost without it, it is a great powerful tool which is not overpriced.

Pros

Works on mobile and desktop and is so simple to switch between the 2. Extremely flexible and powerful application which is so simple to integrate to our websites and other well known applications. Keeps a history of all chats in an archive There is a constant flow of new features and upgrades which make it even better. Price is very fair LiveChat listen - when we ask for something new they actually take our feedback on board and will add features we want if it makes sense to do so. LiveChat support is always there via LiveChat of course and the agents really seem to know the product.

Cons

Sometimes when in bad coverage it can be frustrating when trying to respond to customers. This is probably the mobile networks fault not liveChat.

We're the online arm of a century old shoe repair business, and wanted to offer a way for our customers to quickly ask questions about potential repairs, check order status, etc. without the need to call or send an email and wait for a reply. At first I was against having a chat function because I believed it would take up too many resources from our small processing staff; having to sit in front of the computer all day and waiting to see if a chat came in - they have lots of other things they could be doing rather than sitting in front of the computer. Using LiveChat's API functionality, I was able to some custom programming and integrated LiveChat with some Philips Hue lightbulbs, so now whenever a chat comes in, there are lights that start flashing all over the builiding so we know to get in front of the computer, but that leaves us free to go about our regular business during the day and saves us from having to keep one person tied up looking at the computer. It's worked out great for us so far!

Pros

We find LiveChat to be very user friendly, and especially like the API functionality.

Cons

I can't really think of anything we dislike about LiveChat, it suits our needs perfectly.

We were working exclusively with schools in the UK and the teachers would rarely have time to write a long introductory email or get bogged down with a potentially long sales call so a lot of those initial conversations weren't happening. Having LiveChat definitely gave us a lot more enquiries and improved our lead generation significantly.

Pros

It was very easy to set up and it gave an easy way for busy teachers to get a quick answer to the services we provided without going into emails or a telephone call. It was also really helpful (but a bit sneaky!) to see what the customer was writing as they were writing it. In case they gave the game away by deleting before pressing send!

Cons

It used to pop up every time my colleagues went on the site to find anything else. Would have been really nice to be able to block it for certain IP addresses but overall very happy with it and would recommend to others

Having tried several (10+) chat software to find the right fit this is the easiest, most customizable, and affordable solution on the market.

Cons

Can't really put anything to the product. Perhaps a bit better Pardot/SF integration.
