The overall experience was very enjoyable and very informative. Everyone was able to explain things in great detail.

Pros

The two gentlemen we worked with (\[sensitive content hidden\]) were amazing to work with! They were very kind and explained everything very well.

Cons

We are still working through it, but do not have any least favorite attributes so far. The overall process has been great.

Very easy to adapt to without a learning curve. Acts like a phone app with very little to learn to use in its basic functions.

Cons

Honestly, I have found no issues yet with this app. I'm fairly new at scheduling and this makes my life very easy.

Control Board is easy to learn, has nice features, and is a good visual. Overall, it is a great solution for our company. This is all secondary to the fantastic customer service and support provided by ControlBoard. They are always available to assist, will actively fix bugs, and adjust features custom to the end user. Highly recommend.

Pros

Ease of use, thoughtful features, great value. You can tell a lot of effort is put in to make the product great.

Cons

Any issues I experienced were resolved by \[sensitive content hidden\]. Most were filtering or export problems that were mainly just growing pains.

You'll be amazed with the amount of features this software has. We got it for simple scheduling and continue to be surprised with what else it can do. If you need any support they always answer the phone and solve it immediately.

Pros

Ease of use and customer support. Priced right for any size business. Drag and drop assets onto your schedule. Create tasks/jobs easily.

Cons

That I don't know all its capabilities. I continue to wonder if it can do something and sure enough it does.

Utilize it to schedule jobs and help keep track of recurring services. Coming from an inhouse spreadsheet, Controlboard is very similar, but intuitive when it comes to making changes and adjustments.

Pros

Ease of Use, and easy to access the website from a phone tablet, or pc. Scheduling is as easy as drag and drop and shows many different schedules.

Cons

Nothing that has come up yet. Still learning and adapting to our needs. Once we fully understand the potential, there may be some things we dont like, but not yet.

ControlBoard is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The support is excellent and very responsive. I appreciate having clean data that I can understand and justify, and ControlBoard excels at that.

Pros

With ControlBoard, resources can be scheduled easily, and complex labor forecasts can be prepared, ensuring we run efficiently without hiccups or guessing.

Cons

While I understand their importance, I personally am not a huge fan of having the release notes prominently displayed on the home screen. I think it would be more user-friendly if these notes were hidden or made less visible, as they can clutter the interface and distract from the main content.

We switched over to ControlBoard a few months ago, and other than the initial phase of being introduced to ControlBoard, we have faced no real difficulties integrating the program into our team. It has helped many departments in our company stay on the same page easily.

Pros

We like ControlBoard for it's efficiency. We love that it is able to streamline scheduling, payroll services, and job organization all in one program.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much I don't like about ControlBoard. Anytime I have questions regarding a process, our main point of contact for CB \[sensitive content hidden\], always has a helpful answer on how to complete the task at hand.

The lack of technical documentation for self-guided training is more than made up for by the ever-present customer service to assist quickly with any potential issues and instruction.
