A primera mano me pareció que era un programa complejo hasta que me adapté a sus funciones. Pros Me gusta su entorno y herramientas variadas para establecer organización de proyectos y trabajos organizados entre varias personas. En especial es una herramienta de fácil manejo y que puede administrar varios documentos de soporte. Cons Requiere de un entrenamiento para poder manejar la herramienta con total optimización pero de forma básica e intuitiva, se puede manejar bien. I was required to take care of Incidents and their risks management, internal machine audits, and some department rules and processes. I was introduced to the CURA to handle such cases. First of all, the software is user-friendly, there was no overwhelming feeling because of the number of functionalities and or different, strange options. Of course, at first, it is confusing, but I was quickly able to use it on my own. The fully customizable interface allowed us to adjust everything to the department's needs. Creation, edition, and deletion of processes and rules were easy to handle. Thanks to that other employees could quickly get familiar with the most recent changes. I also handled some internal machine audits with CURA and the adaptable charts were great, for concluding and illustrating matters to colleagues. The interface itself is not looking modern or pleasing, but it is doing its job, so I guess it is ok. All in all, I was only a simple employee that was forced to use the software. I was not happy with that, as it needed quite a lot of my time to fill everything up. But, managers were satisfied with all information. As a user, I can say it is a good and user-friendly piece of code and usage was not that time consuming as I thought it would be. Pros Intuitive. Clear interface. Customizable.
