### "Powerful Project Management Tool with a Learning Curve"

January 21, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Celoxis has been positive, as it offers strong project tracking and reporting features. However, it takes some time to learn, especially for first-time users.

Pros

I liked Celoxis for its powerful project tracking and reporting features, which give a clear view of progress and performance. Its customizable dashboards and automation also make project management more efficient and organized.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit complex for new users, with a learning curve at the beginning. Also, some advanced features require time to configure properly.

### "Reliable project management with excellent support"

May 25, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Celoxis has been positive because it brings multiple aspects of project and team management into one centralized platform. The team collaboration features make it easier to keep everyone aligned, share updates, track progress, and maintain clear communication across projects. Task management is one of its strongest areas, as it allows teams to organize work efficiently, assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor deadlines without losing visibility. I also found the templates and different project views very useful, especially for managing recurring workflows and customizing how information is displayed based on team needs. At the same time, the platform can feel slightly complex when it comes to navigation, particularly for new users, since the large number of features sometimes makes it harder to quickly locate specific settings or tools. However, once familiar with the system, it becomes a highly capable and dependable solution for handling projects, collaboration, and operational workflows effectively.

Pros

I liked how it combines strong security, excellent value for money, reliable customer support, and powerful project management features into one complete platform. It gives confidence that important business and project data is secure while also offering a wide range of capabilities that reduce the need for multiple separate tools, making it highly cost-effective. The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, which makes the overall experience smoother and more reliable. I also found the team collaboration features very effective for keeping communication, updates, and project tracking centralized, while the task management system makes it easy to organize responsibilities, monitor progress, and meet deadlines efficiently. The templates and multiple project views add flexibility and help improve productivity, especially for recurring workflows and customized reporting. Although the platform can initially feel feature-heavy, the navigation becomes much easier with regular use, making Celoxis a practical, dependable, and scalable solution for managing teams and projects effectively.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Celoxis was the navigation experience. While the platform is feature rich and powerful, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. Finding certain options, reports, or settings may take more clicks than expected, and it can take time to fully understand where everything is located

### "Celoxis review"

September 19, 2021

3.0

see above

Pros

There are lots of customizations you can make, however it's not as useful as it could be because the AND logic in the database.

Cons

1\. The fact that the database filters use AND logic, this makes a lot of the filters useless as they filter out data you wouldn't expect to filter out. 2. you can't split peoples time on a task to not be uniform over the entire task, this means you need multiple lines, which is clunky 3. you can't add one person as a % of time to a task and another as #hrs 4. on a project that is 9 months long the schedule reads "at risk" because it's projected to go 22 hours over. The threshold should be larger! 5. because of the AND logic, I would NOT recommend this tool to a larger team 6. There isn't any customization around the expenses

### "Robust Project Tracking Meets a Traditional Enterprise Setup"

May 28, 2026

4.0

Overall, Celoxis is a heavy-duty enterprise engine that trades a slick user experience for raw computing power and deep utility. The best thing about it is the absolute centralization. It effortlessly locks down your project timelines, budget tracking, and high-level portfolio health for dozens of active tracks on one dashboard. Instead of forcing you to bridge disconnected apps or pay extra for third-party add-ons, everything from resource capacity heatmaps to financial profit forecasting is natively linked. The security is airtight, support is highly responsive and human, and the task management engine handles complex, shifting dependencies flawlessly. The flip side is that this density comes with a brutally steep learning curve and a clunky, menu-heavy interface. Onboarding a non-technical team takes serious time, and setting up custom templates requires upfront trial and error. The UI feels outdated, and minor daily bottlenecks -- like the lack of a smooth mobile app and tedious manual loops required to correct simple time-tracking or billing entries -- can make regular data entry feel like a chore. It is an incredibly powerful option that offers great value for money, provided you are willing to brave the rough onboarding and rigid navigation.

Pros

Celoxis is an enterprise-grade project management tool built for organizations needing deep financial tracking, resource management, and complex scheduling within a single platform. For security, it features single sign-on, role-based access, and flexible cloud or on-premise deployment. It provides excellent value for money by bundling advanced features like resource heatmaps and profit forecasting without forcing costly third-party add-ons. Support is highly responsive and human-centric, while team collaboration is strictly contextual, embedding updates, files, and client portal visibility directly into specific tasks. Task management is incredibly robust, easily tracking critical paths and automatically recalculating complex deadline dependencies. For views, it offers reliable Gantt and Kanban layouts, though it lacks diverse pre-built templates, and navigation can feel heavy and menu-dense.

Cons

What stands out most is this powerful centralization, effortlessly uniting scheduling, budget tracking, and portfolio visibility across dozens of active projects on one screen. Conversely, what leaves room for improvement is the steep learning curve and rigid user experience. Onboarding non-technical teams requires considerable training, the interface feels dated, and workflow quirks-like the lack of a smooth mobile app and tedious manual loops required to adjust billable hours-can frustrate daily users.

### "Powerful and Reliable Project Management Platform"

June 7, 2026

4.0

My experience with Celoxis has been positive. It helps manage projects, track resources, and monitor progress in one place. The reporting tools provide useful insights, and overall it has improved team collaboration and project visibility.

Pros

Celoxis provides a complete project management solution with strong task tracking, resource planning, and reporting features. The dashboard is easy to use, and the customization options help teams manage projects efficiently and stay organized.

Cons

The interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the large number of features. Some advanced reports and configurations require time to learn, and the mobile experience could be improved for smoother navigation.

### "Strong reporting and task management in one tool"

May 28, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Celoxis has been very positive because it provides a strong combination of project management, collaboration, and reporting features in one platform. The system feels secure and reliable for managing team data, project workflows, and user access, which is important when multiple teams are working together. I also feel it offers good value for money since it includes advanced capabilities like dashboards, task tracking, resource planning, and reporting without needing several separate tools. Another area that stood out was customer support, as the team is generally responsive and helpful when resolving issues or guiding users through setup and customization. Although there is a small learning curve because of the number of features available, the platform becomes very efficient and useful once teams get comfortable with it.

Pros

I liked that it combines team collaboration, task management, and project tracking in a very organized and practical way. It helps teams stay connected by keeping discussions, updates, and work progress in one place, which reduces confusion and improves coordination. The task management system is simple yet detailed enough to track priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities clearly. I also found the templates and multiple project views very helpful because they save setup time and allow projects to be managed through dashboards, Gantt charts, calendars, or task lists based on team preferences. On top of that, the navigation feels smooth and structured, so even with many features available, it is relatively easy to move between projects, reports, and tasks without feeling lost.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Celoxis is that the platform can sometimes feel too feature-heavy for new users or smaller teams. Since it offers many options for project tracking, reporting, and customization, the interface may initially look crowded and take time to fully understand. Some advanced settings and workflows also require extra setup before the system feels fully optimized for daily use. In a few cases, navigating between deeply detailed reports or configurations can feel slower compared to more lightweight project management tools, especially for users who only need basic task tracking.

### "Powerful All-in-One Tool for Complex Projects. "

June 8, 2026

5.0

It serves as a reliable all-in-one platform that effectively bridges the gap between project planning, granular resource allocation, and deep financial tracking. While the initial setup and learning curve required some dedicated time from our team, the powerful reporting capabilities and cross-project visibility it provides have made it a thoroughly worthwhile investment for our workflow.

Pros

The reporting engine is highly advanced. It lets us create deeply customized charts and dashboards to track complex, multi-tier projects easily.

Cons

It's packed with so many advanced features, it takes a significant amount of time for new team members to fully learn and adapt to the system.

### "Robust Project Management with Room for Smoother Integrations”"

June 1, 2026

5.0

Celoxis has proven to be a powerful project management solution that excels in handling complex workflows, resource planning, and reporting. It has significantly improved transparency and accountability across teams. However, the mobile experience and onboarding challenges can slow adoption, and integration with legacy systems may require extra effort. Overall, it delivers strong ROI for organizations that prioritize structured project execution and visibility.

Pros

Comprehensive project management: Celoxis provides a robust set of tools for scheduling, resource allocation, and portfolio management, making it easy to handle complex projects.Customizable dashboards: The ability to tailor views and reports to specific team needs improves visibility and decision-making.Collaboration features: Built-in communication tools and task tracking help keep teams aligned without relying on external apps.

Cons

Mobile limitations: The mobile app experience is not as smooth or feature-rich as the desktop version, which can hinder field teams.Learning curve: New users may find the interface overwhelming at first, requiring training to fully leverage its capabilities.Integration gaps: While Celoxis integrates with major tools, deeper ERP/CRM connections often need custom work.

### "my powerful tools for tracking my projects progresss."

June 11, 2026

celoxis is good for organizations managing large and complex projects where detailed planning and resources tracking are imp. while there is learning curve and some parts of the interface could be improved , the overall i experiance the celoxis is positive and it become an imp tool for keeping our analytics projects organized and on tracks.

Pros

Whenever i used it the depth of planning and resources management it provides multiple analytics projects with different stakeholders and its gives me mucch better visibility into time lines, dependency and team workloads compared to many similar project tracking tools. The gantt charts help meto understands projects progress very clearly.

Cons

in dislikes there are so many options and settings and for this the new users in our team needed extra times to get comfortable. The userinterface can be more modern in some areas to make navigation more faster.

### "A Powerful Tool for Project Success"

June 4, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Celoxis has been very positive. It has made managing projects much more organized by bringing tasks, schedules, resources, and reporting into one centralized platform. Having a clear view of project progress and team workloads helped me stay on top of deadlines and ensure that projects moved forward smoothly.

Pros

The feature I really appreciated was the customizable dashboards and reporting capabilities. The dashboards provided a clear overview of project status, while the reports offered valuable insights into team workload, timelines, and overall performance. Having access to this information in real time made it easier to identify potential issues early and make informed decisions.

Cons

I found that some areas of the interface could be more intuitive. While the platform is powerful, certain settings and advanced features require a few extra clicks to access, which can slow down workflows at times. It wasn't a major issue, but there were moments when I felt the user experience could be more streamlined.

### "How I transformed the way my compnay delivers projects"

December 11, 2023

4.0

The new PPM has dramatically transformed the project delivery, making 4 tools redundant, bringing new visibility on the project portfolio, significantly improving the internal collaboration across 5 departments and accelerating the end-to-end delivery.

Pros

All in one: all the same powerful functions as MS Project with the Project WBS & Gantt Chart, Agile task board with drag & drop, collaboration with the clients on issue register, colour-coded workload directly populated from the scheduling, simplicity yet sophisticated ways of entering time entries, cater for both fixed price and T&M, on the same project!

Cons

Notifications are a bit messy, with duplicates and gaps at the same time. Not being able to paste from clipboard the image, i.e. you have to save it before. There used to be a limitation with setting up client as follower on issues, which was a bummer. Good news, the feature was released last week!
