Pros

I like how powerful Celoxis in as it brings together project management, resource planning and reporting all in one place. The dashboard features are really strong which includes detailed insights into project progress. It's also highly customizable. One can tailor workflows, fields and views based on specific requirement.

Cons

Celoxis is quite feature rich, but the UI feels a bit dated in places. Some actions are not intuitive as you'd expect. Compared to more modern, lightweight tools, if often takes a few extra clicks to complete the same task

If you are looking for a PPM it's a good one.It will help you to make complex project in easy way.It have lots of features.But some features access need premium. Also the UI is little tricky for new users.overall it's a good software for PPM

I rely on this platform to track every document and deadline. For anyone serious about learning to be a Project Manager or Professional, the sheer range of advanced features in Celoxis and its customization options is extremely impressive.

Pros

I especially like that the customization options allow me to build workflows that mirror our exact government filing steps to avoid any errors.

Cons

The crowded interface with too many options making it hard to find a simple task made using it complicated and frustrating. Customer support might be slow to respond to specific customization queries.

As a user, the company provides best SaaS services and on-premises model with powerful customisability and user friendliness. The customer support was quite helpful as well.

Pros

Celoxis is one of the most affordable platforms for project management and work togetherness. It offers value for money and security both hand in hand. Security combined with money worth is what consumer looks for!

Cons

Micromanagement is seen and least affected towards their employees and it is strict work from office with strict timings.

Overall, my experience with Celoxis has been good. As a team member, it helped me stay organized and clear about my tasks, priorities, and deadlines. After the initial learning phase, the platform became easy to work with on a daily basis and improved coordination within the team. While the interface could be simpler in some areas, Celoxis is a dependable project management tool for teams working on structured projects.

Pros

What I liked most about Celoxis is how clearly it shows project progress and task ownership. As a team member, it was easy to see my assigned tasks, deadlines, and dependencies without needing constant follow-ups. The dashboards and reports give a good overview of timelines and workload, which helped our team stay aligned. Collaboration was smooth since updates, comments, and file attachments were all in one place. Once you get used to the interface, it becomes a reliable tool for daily task tracking

Cons

The main downside is that the tool has a learning curve in the beginning. There are many features, so it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users, especially if you only need basic task management. Some screens feel slightly cluttered, and a few actions take more clicks than expected. Minor performance lag was noticed occasionally when loading reports, but it wasn’t a major issue

As someone still learning and growing in my role, I’ve found it to be a reliable tool that offers a lot of depth when it comes to managing projects, resources, and budgets. It does take some time upfront to learn and set things up properly, but once things start clicking, the platform feels steady and dependable. I’d recommend Celoxis to teams or organizations that handle more complex projects and need detailed reporting and customization. For very small teams, it might feel like more than what’s needed at first, but for growing teams or larger organizations, it’s a solid option that can scale as your needs evolve.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Celoxis is how much it all project-related tasks together in one place. Being able to manage tasks, resources, budgets, timelines, and reporting within a single system is amazing. The reporting and dashboards help provide clear and reliable insight into project progress, team workload, and costs, which makes planning and decision-making feel more confident and informed. I also value how Celoxis offers me the freedom to customize workflows, fields, and views. It adapts to how a specific team actually works, rather than forcing one into a one-size-fits-all approach.

Cons

The interface works well, but it doesn’t feel as modern or intuitive as some newer tools I’ve used. Setting things up initially can also take some time, especially when you’re trying to learn best practices while configuring the system.

The tools that I need are - project planning, tracking, and portfolio management. Never needed to contact support team. So no idea about that. I think this tool offered more than what I've paid for.

Pros

I've been using Celoxis for over a year for our firm's project portfolio management. It’s Gantt charts and resource management tools are incredibly helpful. I love it's real-time dashboards. It gives a clear snapshot of project health, budgets, and timelines, great for spoting issues. The financial tracking feature is also awesome.

Cons

Overall it's good, but the learning curve for new users is steep, especially with custom workflows. The interface feels bit complicated sometimes. Too much features. No big issues so far.
