Cons Omdat het samenwerkt met andere apps is er een ontzettend onhandig systeem ontstaan. Als in één van de andere programma's iets niet goed staat kun je niks meer met replicon. So the clients will no longer ask us where the time went because of transparency. It functions on my phone which is good because I am constantly on the move and forget to log in. I'm just happy that we no longer have complete disaster when it comes to the timesheets. Pros The app has an extremely high level of resource usage and I'm typing this as my laptop fan screams at me because of that. Weekly automated reports probably save some time somewhere I suppose but I have to think about them anyway. Integration into the rest of the apps/tools did not crash this week and it is simply adequate. Cons I also find a lot of the features very stiff and hard to operate or modify. I really hate the screen captures, it makes the men that do the work feel like they're being watched and is very creepy. È perfetto per team distribuiti, per chi ha clienti da rendicontare, o semplicemente per chi vuole una visione più chiara di come viene investito il tempo. Non è il software più amichevole del mondo, ma è solido, preciso e affidabile. Se ci entri con un po’ di pazienza, ti accorgi che può davvero fare la differenza nella gestione quotidiana del lavoro. Pros La cosa che Replicon fa davvero bene è permetterti di registrare in modo dettagliato le ore su ogni progetto o attività. Questo è stato fondamentale per capire dove va davvero il tempo, e anche per gestire meglio i costi. Che tu sia un collaboratore, un manager o parte dell’amministrazione, puoi personalizzare l’esperienza in base a quello che ti serve. Non tutti vedono tutto, e questo aiuta a semplificare l’interfaccia. Una funzione molto utile è quella delle richieste di ferie e assenze: puoi inviarle, approvarle, vedere i riepiloghi… tutto nello stesso sistema. Replicon si collega facilmente con altri software come ERP, fogli di calcolo o gestionali di progetto. Questo lo rende utile in ambienti strutturati. Cons Ci sono tante funzionalità e menu, e non sempre è facile orientarsi. Soprattutto i primi giorni, mi sono ritrovato a cliccare a vuoto cercando di capire dove si trovavano le cose. È molto focalizzato sui numeri, le ore, i dati… A volte sembra più un software pensato per chi deve controllare, piuttosto che per chi lavora. Ho provato l’app per registrare le ore da telefono, ma non è ancora al livello della versione desktop: qualche rallentamento e meno funzioni disponibili. We're a large organization that spans the globe so it's vital that we have a system that is compliant in those countries, while allowing us to track billable project time. In my opinion Replicon checks all of those boxes. Pros The best feature of Replicon in my opinion is the user interface. It is simple to use and required very little user training once deployed. Cons The customer service is the the aspect that is the least appealing as a Replicon User. It can be hit or miss, sometimes requiring users to seek internal IT support which is not ideal considering we pay for the platform and support is included.
