### "The King of Construction Software"

April 1, 2026

5.0

10/10 the best construction management software on the market! I love and it is truly the best when it comes to whst it is designed for.

Pros

Precore provides everything a construction project could need to suceed! From estimation to project management. On the field work and financial surveillance this program does it all.

Cons

Could use some updates and improvements with AI integration but I know that will come soon! Also better integration with Spectrum would be a plus.

### "Life changer for construction projects management"

December 2, 2024

5.0

We used for several projects throughout its entire duration and it was a success. The entire team found it easy to use from the beginning and we managed to maintain the documentation in order, which helped the closeout process.

Pros

The feature that i like the most in is how it beautifully integrates multiple file formats in a construction project. You can view MS Project or P6 schedules, open DWG drawings and specifications. Also the RFI and submittals management is excellent. I specially like the versatility on how can you use it, as you can use it in a mobile device and upload pictures, linking them to a specific task, RFI or punch list item.

Cons

Some users may need to customize the interface to their specific needs and workflows, and is a little rigid when it comes to customization.

### "The good, the bad, and the ugly."

November 12, 2024

3.0

I hated procure at first. It seemed overly complicated for no reason. However, after a year of utilizing it, it became apparent as to why it is a useful tool.

Pros

Procure is very organized and creates a place to be able to manage projects conveniently.

Cons

Procure has a lot of functions that one must learn. The train classes that procure provides are definitely not enough. It take quite a long time to figure it out.

### "Great product makes for great projects "

February 27, 2026

5.0

It helps get a project done. It's as simple as that. If you put the info in the software, everyone has access to it. it eliminates back and forth emails and keeps documents relevant and at the top of the stack.

Pros

I've used this as a GC and as an owner, and it allows for seamless team collaboration for the entire project. It simplifies communication and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I can see who has the ball in their court and know instantly where issues or potential issues may be hiding which eliminates issues with stubborn subcontractors and makes invoicing an accounts payable/receivable that much easier. There's nothing sitting in Beta mode, they work out issues seemingly before they become issues. Should you run into an issue, they are quick to help and often have a module to learn whatever it is you may be struggling with, making it easy for the young assistant superintendent or the seasoned senior superintendents learn the same systems with ease.

Cons

It's not the most cost effective choice, but it is the most effective choice. There is a cost to be efficient but your money is well spent here.

### "Incredible Package for GCs"

May 28, 2025

5.0

We still use for project management, but not for estimating. It's a great package overall, but the cost justification was just too great.

Pros

is a very comprehensive construction management package. It has it all - project management, document management and a fantastic estimating toolbox.

Cons

The price - is by far, the most expensive solution that we reviewed. While it more than ticked the tickboxes in terms of functionality, the value for money just wasn't there and ultimately, we went with another solution.

### "Highly Recommend for any Construction Company"

November 29, 2024

5.0

Great experience, work flow is efficient and the grab & down feature is very time saving.

Pros

Very user friendly, easy to learn & apply to work environment

Cons

You are unable to create a CCO from a CE that has more than one line item. This may just have to do with our company as it will not interface with Intacct.

### "Product can be approved"

December 10, 2024

4.0

Overall is better than 60% b/c there are big improvements to be made after you are committed to the product.

Pros

I like the commitment & contract writing with the ability to have current attachments that are project related automatically synced.

Cons

The customer service response & the knowledge should be approved upon especially for the price that this paid.

### "Best Option out there"

March 26, 2026

5.0

Pros

The back button is the best feature of all! Unlike other plan review software it is easy to navigate between pages and return to a page you just looked at.

Cons

What I like the least - the cost! It can get crazy expensive. There is nothing else that is a con. Just make it cheaper!

### "Best Construction App Ever"

March 11, 2026

4.0

Overall, it is a great resource we use in our small painting business every day. If it were not for we would still be doing a lot of things by paper and this app just makes everything run so smooth from the office to the job site.

Pros

The centralized project documentation and the cloud base. I like how easy it is to receive view and sign change orders for projects. The lay out of the app is also very super user friendly. It makes it very easy to communicate to and from the contractor.

Cons

On thing I do not like is the slow load time. The price is a little on the expensive side, but it does greatly help our business to its worth the price for us.

### "Terrible experience with the entire PROCORE system"

September 15, 2024

1.0

Our experience with started out great! They promised the world . My office staff spent dozens of hours training and working through how we planned to use the format. We were told the that PROCORE integrated seamlessly with XERO accounting and that they had already designed an integration program to facilitate the accounting piece of the platform. Well $15,000 later in PROCORE fees, my team through trial and error determined that the integration they had designed didn't actually work. They insisted it did but soon realized our team was correct. They promised they would have a fix within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks for them to "FIX" the integration issue. Not sure if they did because the only communication they maintained with us was invoicing us for a service that didn't work as promised. After dozens of emails to all contacts we had at PROCORE we received not ONE response except for invoices not being paid. So we walked- $15, 000 out of pocket and what I would estimate at least that in wages paid to employees for training on the PROCORE platform , Identifying a flaw in there system and receiving no support from PROCORE after they said the XERO integration was fixed. PROCORE failed with my company. They have very little direct support available. NO accountability and no contact person assigned to our account. Maybe it works well for some but if we ran our construction company like PROCORE runs their business we would be out of business faster then you can shake a stick. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT PROCORE-their employees or customer support.

Pros

The idea of looked like a great fit for our company

Cons

Customer service was terrible. They have no dedicated pint person for account holders Integrations did not work as promised

Reason for choosing Procore

Looked like a great solution- IT WAS NOT

I have worked with now for 9 years as Senior PM and now as a Project Executive. It is an invaluable tool to run the complicated jobs that we build.

Pros

Documentation and plan management aspects are great. It allows the entire team to be on the same page and tracks/ manages all key documents.

Cons

Restricted format of reports. Would like them to be more friendly to share in presented form in an OAC meeting

### "Clarity in construction project timelines thanks to procore."

June 23, 2025

5.0

took the hassle out of coordinating between our office, yard and site managers. It eliminated back-and-forth and made us proactive about delays important for equipment scheduling, and maximizing turnover of rental.

Pros

We use  to manage our rental equipment dispatches associated with larger construction projects. It provides a common interface where our team and our customers can monitor jobs, documents, and change orders, all updated in real time.

Cons

Training is required in order to get all parties in alignment and that can be challenging, especially for subcontractors new to digital tools. The cost is also a factor if you’ve only got a few modules in your application.

### "Procore brings accountability to all jobsites."

July 6, 2025

4.0

We’ve had better documentation with that allowed us to resolve disagreement on scope and timing without the back-and-forth.

Pros

is great for managing Subcontractors and tracking in real time with photo upload. Because the inspection checklists can help keep teams compliant with local building codes.

Cons

It’s a sledgehammer for smaller projects and is a pain to onboard new subcontractors to it without training.

### "General Manager"

October 16, 2025

5.0

Overall, positive. I have used the platform with multiple different companies and projects. Was successful with each project, and it was easy to set up an account once you get the invite for the project.

Pros

It is easy to use, and the layout of the browser is user friendly. Mobile app is also very helpful when away from the computer for quick access.

Cons

It is a large platform, so there are also many areas you can explore. It mainly depends on the end user uploading the data, as long as it is put in the correct place.

### "Excellent"

February 15, 2018

5.0

Pros

Easy to use and extremely good at simplifying processes. The collaboration is especially helpful as this is often a difficult element in construction

Cons

It can be difficult to get various parties to get involved initially. Construction folks are reluctant to have to "do more work" than they already have to. Asking people to take on a new piece of technology is like pulling teeth.

Cons

### "Everything you need in one spot with Procore"

October 18, 2024

4.0

My overall experience with has been positive. It’s a comprehensive platform that has greatly streamlined our project management processes. From tracking project progress to collaborating with teams, Procore keeps everything in one place, making it easier to stay organized and efficient. Despite the initial learning curve, once you are familiar with the system, it’s an invaluable tool for managing construction projects.

Pros

has all aspects of the project centralized into one platform so I can plan everything from a-z in one spot.

Cons

One downside to is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the wide range of features and tools it offers. The initial learning curve can be steep, especially for those unfamiliar with construction management software. Additionally, some customization options for reports and workflows could be more flexible.

### "Pros and Cons of Procore"

March 20, 2025

3.0

Overall, we enjoy using and it helped us reach our goal of eliminating paperwork. It is also nice that when forms are completed, the people in the office have immediate access to it.

Pros

We use for safety compliance with a construction company. We were able to put all necessary forms in Procore to be completed on the worker's phone and eliminate the need for paper tracking.

Cons

was not very customizable and quite restrictive when it come to form building. We did find ways around this to make it work but would've been easier with more customization.
