Overall experience has been positive, the more we interact with the support staff the more they learn about the program as well and the easier it gets over time.

Pros

The integrated systems make using all aspects of practice management easy. Love the integration of Trizetto for billing and engage for patient communication.

Cons

The cloud based system is counter-intuitive when compared to server based systems and the learning curve is really steep. Having a big difficulty with SALTing SOAPs and customizing the process.

Customer support has also been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we’ve needed assistance. Training resources and onboarding support made implementation straightforward. Pros

We’ve had an excellent experience with ChiroTouch. The software is incredibly user-friendly and tailored specifically for chiropractic practices, which makes daily operations smooth and efficient. From scheduling and patient documentation to billing and claims management, everything is well integrated and easy to navigate.

Cons

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable the system is — it adapts well to different workflows without feeling overly complicated. The SOAP note templates and automated billing features have significantly reduced our administrative workload and improved overall productivity.

Horrible customer service, especially with CTProBill. Their onboarding team did not communicate amongst themselves, did not listen to our needs (we had to clarify with them over multiple phone calls because they kept sending us the wrong info and adding the wrong info to the contract) and was basically a nightmare to work with.

Pros

It’s adequate, outdated comparatively. I’ve been with Chirotouch for approximately 12 years and have had problems throughout. Eventually gave up trying to get help and just used it as best we could.

Cons

Customer service and CTProBill. Looking for other software now, mainly because I made the mistake of signing up with CT ProBill. I thought it might be a good idea to go with them as one would think they are part of the same company so they’d know what they are doing. That was a HUGE mistake. They were in violation of the contract from day 1. Did not perform 10% of what they were supposed to do based on contract, and that is being generous. Knowing they were in violation, we cancelled the contract early, which they agreed to as they knew they were in default. Then, they continued to bill us and haven’t stopped, nor have they responded to emails. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE USE CTProBill. Everything I have stated above has been fully documented. If you want to know more, contact me. Additionally, if you’re looking for an EHR software, don’t use CTProBill’s parent, Chirotouch. They have been sold a number of times and have lost the ability to service their clientele, which was made even more obvious after this experience.

Every customer support member that I have encountered over the years has been easy to understand, very helpful, friendly and efficient! It's not very frequent that I need support, but when I do it is never a frustrating phone call. I always end up learning something new, that is useful for future claims or practices.

Pros

We have been using ChiroTouch at our office for almost 6 years now. Love every bit of it! The program itself is great for our busy office and the customer support is top notch. Today I had a support session with Encarl and she was a fantastic help. Even after 6 years, there was still something for me to learn in the insurance/accounting tab. She got right down to business and explained what I needed to do for future reference.

Cons

Chirotouch is a great program. Perfect for our office; both doctors and staff. Very happy we have it.

I'm pleased and glad I switched from Genesis to ChiroTouch. While the program is more expensive, it's worth the switch.

Pros

The program is very user-friendly and I can do notes very quickly. I like how simple it is to click on macros and create new macros and templates.

Cons

Although I can do notes quickly, I'm having trouble using Rheo, to make the note-taking and billing process even faster. I'll be scheduling another call soon to rectify the situation. Overall, still a great system. Once we navigate the whole system, it may be time for another review.

Overall it has been a great experience. Myself and the staff had very little time that we were learning the system.

Pros

It is easy to do notes and track patient visits. The system overall was easy to learn and we were able to put it in use immediately.

Cons

The least favorite part was getting it integrated with our former software. A lot of the data did no process over with the software integration.

Overall, ChiroTouch works well as an all-in-one solution for chiropractic practices that want an integrated platform.

Pros

Integrated workflow that ties scheduling, documentation, and billing together, cutting down on errors and duplicate entry. Claims submission directly from the system with built-in edits and checks that can reduce rejections. Dashboard views that make it easier to spot denials, unpaid claims, and outstanding patient balances. Support for electronic remittance advice (ERA) and electronic funds transfer (EFT) to speed up reconciliation. Templates and automated coding suggestions can improve charge capture accuracy.

Cons

Learning curve for new billers; training is needed to fully leverage billing features. While working an ERA, sometimes having to leave the ERA to make corrections to a patient ledger then going back into the ERA can be time consuming if there are many errors.

Overall it's been great! Customer service has been good, and it's very user friendly. We had a new employee with near zero computer experience and she's picked up the functionality of ChiroTouch very quickly!

Pros

That over time it keeps improving, I appreciate the additional upgrades like CT engage, CT Informs and we will be looking to incorporate CT Pay.

Cons

I wish you could dictate to chart notes, rather than try to use Rheo with a patient being recorded, it would allow faster completion of chart notes.

In general Chirotouch has been great to work with, we have been with them before there ever was the cloud system. The change over was hard and complex especially for the doctors but it does work great for our office.

Pros

I like the ease of access to reach patient information when we were out visiting with their attorney's

Cons

The reports are confusing and we can never quit get one that has what we want, We have also been struggling to put in a dollar amount if we have traded to be able to keep track of our trades

We started with ChiroTouch in 2021 when the Cloud version was brand new. It was ROUGH those first few months, especially getting the billing portion ready to go. The Change Healthcare aspect was challenging. But now there have been so many great upgrades and it is very easy to navigate.

Pros

I love the integration for every aspect of our practice. Front Desk, Doctor, Billing Reports, Patient Info, Emails, Check In: all in one software.

Cons

There is no "Family" scheduling option to schedule and check out a family together. It takes so long to go into each patient and check out and schedule appointments.

It has bee a fabulous journey for the past 10 (soon to be 11) years and other practice software comes up as an ad, they do not compare with CT!

Pros

Ease of use and streamlining has been great!!

Cons

Training after migration. My trainer was fabulous, but honestly, coming off the Classic side to the Cloud, I think training for at least be for 3-6 months. too many thigs come up after training, and a lot of times, Agents are Offline!

Pros

We previously has the server based software and loved it. We minimal complaints with it but when we switched over to the cloud based software we were not impressed. We didn't overall hate it but we started shopping around and now we don't regret switching.

Cons

There were so many problems when we first started using it. The only credit that I will give them is that it was newer but even with that most of the problems should have been fixed before it was even launched. There was a whole forum where you could submit requests but it never seemed like they took any of those into consideration.

It is a good program but still needs work. The server based system is completely different than the cloud based system. I wish I had known that before switching. I love the convenience of the cloud based product because maintaining an in-house server was expensive, but think the server based program was better. The cloud based has some great new features, but also changed a bunch of things that did not need to be changed. It made the accounting and billing much harder and way more time consuming. It also does not contain most of the reports that were previously available.

Pros

I love being able to customize my macros so they sound exactly like something I would have typed. I also love that the program is constantly being updated with improvements.

Cons

I hate there is no live support for the cloud-based system. You have to set up a support ticket and wait for someone to get back to you. That is very time consuming and you can get stuck with the problem for days. The old system had both a chat and live call center that could answer questions immediately so you could get back to patients.

There's times that they are attentive and take their time to go in and find the issue, some tech's go above to get the problem solved

Lately I have had techs sounding like they don't want to help, they just want to guide for you to do it yourself.

When we first started this beta program, support was a joke. It was such a hard transition form server-based. I feel better about it now. I have a biller from Chirotouch that I have constant contact with which makes that end easier.

Pros

They are ever-evolving. Thigs are getting cleaned up and things are getting easier to use.

Cons

When we first signed up it was overwhelming and not so user-friendly. We have had it for 3 years, and it is getting better all the time.
