Pros The platform is overall easy to use for both end users for both the app and web versions. I prefer UKG Pro over UKG Ready for general layout, navigation, and overall structure. UKG Pro also offers more customization when compared to top vendors (ADP, all of the Pays, etc.). The support team is also responsive in a timely manner. Cons The mobile app needs to be updated to include more features, for example, document acknowledgment. There are many end users who primarily use their mobile phones and will not use a computer; it is critical for the mobile app to provide all of the same options as the online version. Having to direct hundreds of employees to the web browsers when they use the mobile app is time-consuming and extremely confusing for end users. There are many standard reports available for your use, however trying to build a custom report on your own is very complicated if not impossible.
