Pros

Its very intuitive to use and it have a large amount of products that helps for marketing purposes. Also the customer care support is excellent and the client support.

Cons

Sincerely nothing. maybe the integrated IA could be a little more smarter but, anyway, when it gets stuck on some topic customer service come right in to help out

Mindbody is an excellent software for healthcare clinic owners and their staff and patients. It is easy to use, intuitive, and powerful.

Pros

Ease of scheduling; user interface meets my needs. Patients enjoy being able to schedule and cancel at their leisure.

Cons

App is not as extensive, however SOAP notes are good start. Nothing bad to say--it's a great software.

the integration from my previous CRM to current. It was not as seamless and supported as it was sold to us.

HORRIBLE! Do not use Mindbody. Their customer service is awful. Everything is automated. Your account rep will ignore you--if you even know who your rep is. They over charged me and locked me into a contract I was never aware of. STAY AWAY!

NOTHING! My experience has been nothing but problematic.

\-Customer service is awful -Expensive -They lock you into contracts without you knowing -Will not tell you if your account rep leaves the company

Do not check mark any boxes without reading terms of service. Don't agree to any discount for several months. Create reviews on better business bureau also.

Pros

Bait and switch program. No.Transparency of programme features prior to paying your first month. Do not agree to make a first month payment or check mark any boxes.

Cons

Customer service bounces you around to avoid discussing cancellation. Their contract will lock you in to 12 months. At exorbitantly, overpriced cost to your business 250-1000 MONTHLY! for services that are provided at thirty four dollars a month through schedulicity,vagaro for small salons. Scaled TOO LARGE for a small salon.. on boarding will cost you. It is not included in your monthly. Click buttons will charge per click on your site. There are so many hidden charges.. any monthly subscription will be the beginning of spending. Someone has been pilfering in my account changing my subscription type when I haven't even been online.

Reason for choosing Mindbody

Believe me, I wouldn't recommend Mindbody.

Mindbody has been a program we have been thinking about changing due to its inconstancies when it comes to information on clients/ patients making it harder for us to market to and get back.

Pros

Fast to respond and pleasant support team. Haven't had any sort of outage.

Cons

Marketing text can have scheduled time to send text. Insites tabs don't all correspond and require multiple different topics to get the info we need. When creating list for emails / text I have to download list, save a new excel file and re-upload wasting time. emails don't match when sent and viewed through phone. Notes do not allow enough text without buying an external application.

My experience has been positive overall. It's easy to book into classes and sign people in from my phone.

Pros

Ease of booking and viewing client details. Also the app is pretty good and performs well overall I'd say.

Cons

Hard to fix things in the client profile or update the client packages. Also hard to undo late cancels.

As one of the first cloud-based CRMs, MindBody has become kind of the gold standard by which many others compare themselves to. The interface is fairly simple and it definitely gets the job done, but I've used other software that have spent time building up a prettier UI and UE and it shows. I think a lot of this is because it is so versatile in multiple industries, but as such there are a list of features that simply didn't apply to my use. "If it ain't broke..." seems to be the operating concept with MindBody so I don't fault them. It just felt cumbersome to have so many clicks for most functions.

Pros

Very robust program that covers most features needed for studio management

Cons

Lots of clicks to complete any function, especially at point of sale and enrollments

I always used MB as a consumer and it was my go-to when traveling to find a studio or salon. This is why we went with this for our scheduling pos software for my studio when we opened. The cost and the lack of customer support and the confusing interface for us on the backend disappointed me as a studio owner.

Pros

I liked the reporting, the MB app, and the option to also have your own app.

Cons

The cost, the clunkiness of the backend software and the lack of customer support for the cost.

really great! I can book clients myself or have them book in with my link making it very easy to schedule and bill the client after each session.

Pros

Mindbody has made scheduling clients very easy for me, with bookings, cancelations, and blocking out avaliability.

Cons

I have no complaints it does everything it needs to. Some times my page won't load, but refreshing the page always fixes this.

We've been using it for over 7 years. Weight Loss Direct is a personalized weight loss program not a class-type service, so they did customize some of our setup which was helpful. They've worked with us to build out our platform to mostly what we need it to be.

Pros

Overall they cover our needs as far as scheduling and pos.

Cons

They lack integration with bigger outside vendors which would help streamline some processes for us. Additionally - the scheduling process can hinder sales as clients have to be logged in to purchase products or services through MB.

Overall the human representatives and help chat fill in the gaps when the tech itself isn't as intuitive. I find it easy to cancel classes, communicate with clients, access data reports, and identify ways to improve the business.

Pros

The human representatives are amazing - they listen, they're efficient, and knowledgeable. The sales reports are easy to download and the data is compelling and relevant.

Cons

I wish I could award multiple memberships to one client.

Worse experience ever, I would not recommand Mindbody to anyone.

Pros

I did not like the product at all from the beginning and it got worse days after days

Cons

The price is very expensive for the product, not really worth it in my opinion. The worse part is the customer service that was sometimes very good sometimes very bad depending on the person you talk to on the phone. I had a lot of technical issues for months and my clients were very unhappy about that. I asked someone from customer if I could cancel my plan and two different agents told me that I could cancel. At the end, a manager from Mindbody told me that I have to wait until the end of my contract at the end of August to leave the contract. I am not even using the software anymore and paying so much for nothing.

It has been very poor with the number of issues and very slow response time.

Pros

The scheduling interface is good and can see all the details needed.

Cons

There is no way to do paid in or outs. And there is not a report that has everything covered that is needed. Need to access four different reports to get all the information needed.

Pros

Customers are accustomed to using it and can have a profile they use for different businesses. Its simple for clients to book classes.

Cons

Sometimes clients have to create separate profiles for some businesses, basically not all the information transfers from business to business.

Generally, I'm pretty happy with it. Just need to fix some of the bugs. For example, I can adjust a recurring "unavailability" on my phone easily to affect just that day. However, I do not have the ability to do the same on the computer browser.

Sometimes there are bugs in the system that cause glitches or downtime.

Pretty easy to use overall. We switched from a very basic software program so initially the features were nice and allowed for different sales paths that we enjoyed offering to clients.
