It is not easy on the eye, everything has to be done manually and it requires a learning curve or notes for new users to get by. Pros We were able to capture everything we wanted and, with some practise, it's easy to download reports. Cons It is not at all user friendly and requires a steep learning curve of learning codes to access different screens and so on. Reporting all has to be done manually.
