When I was in my previous company for 5 years, the was our internal expense reporting system.we used it in relocation/business trip.

Pros

It is very easy to use in payment processing and process automation, especially for internal bill, such as business travel expense.

Cons

Some steps are not very intuitive. For example, when you create a request before the business travel and get approval, you need to append some invoice in the detail when you apply for the expense reimbursement, but some expense can be daily fixed, the form will not direct you about it.

Pros

Easiest reimbursement and refund platform! All you do is snap a picture, separate out the unallowables and boom! you are good to go.

Cons

did not have any CONS, the mobile app is amazing to use and the desktop version. I am going to recommend this to my new company.

Solid choice for centralizing expense and travel management. It's not the most modern looking tool but it's reliable and once it's configured properly it mostly runs itself, which is what you want from this kind of software.

Pros

Receipt capture and expense submission is straightforward enough that employees actually use it without complaints. Approval workflows are easy to configure and the integration with our finance processes reduced a lot of back and forth.

Cons

The interface feels a bit heavy and dated in places. Mobile app works but isn't the smoothest experience. Initial setup takes some time to get the policies and approval chains configured correctly.

Overall, it was a decent product that made sense for us at the time. However, now that we've been moving to different architecture, it really doesn't work well for us.

Pros

Prior to moving away from SAP for our ERP platform, it's direct integration into our Finance platform was extremely nice.

Cons

I hated the outdated UI. Furthermore, I found the configuration of the software to be very convoluted and difficult.

Overall, this is a great tool needed when trying to sort out end of the month expenses. It also saves time being able to download and use this app on your cell phone or tablet.

Pros

This product simplifies the monthly expense report and is simple to use. The app makes it even better allowing easier access and not having to open up your laptop or desktop to complete your expenses.

Cons

When traveling, it doesn't recognize hotel taxes. Usually I have to specify hotel tax during itemizing.

I had a pleasant experience working with them. We had this company with us for about 5 years. It simplified our intake process and launched us into another level.

Pros

I loved the fact that you can save receipts inside of the application, You can later look for them amongst the saved files and pull what you needed.

Cons

I didn't like that concor was ver specific with what image files it received and how when you uploaded and used receipts, it wouldn't delete them but you have to manually delete each one.

Excellent experience. People across the business have reported that it is an excellent software, easy to manipulate. The fact that there is an app makes it much easier to not loose receipts/tax invoices. Very positive across the whole business.

Pros

The ease of use, the fact that people can use it on the mobile phone, the fact that there is an app on Appstore and Android store for it!

Cons

The cost is maybe high but I guess you pay for good quality software!

I fully recommend this product for company's that travel often. The price was very reasonable considering how much we used their services and how helpful they were.

Pros

As an executive assistant for 6 professionals that traveled to client sites often, was a lifesaver for travel booking. It was so easy to track the expenses for each individual, change flights, and even receive some last customer service when unexpected weather emergencies happened. Customer service was always helpful, answered my emails or calls right away, and helped my team get the best flights available. The configuration of my company's travel rules helped me always stay within budget, manage an entire team, and use their individual corporate cards.

Cons

Honestly, I had no complaints. All hotel/flight/car inquiries I had were always solved even when we ran into hurricanes, itinerary changes, and situations completely out of 's control.

Excellent. One of my favorite work software options. I'll be happy to use it for a long time to come. It delivers all of our business needs.

Pros

Concur is a great asset to our company. It helps our AP team keep oriented and focused. All levels of management generally seem to find it easy to use. Uploading and classifying receipts is super easy for all of us. Payment processing is very automated now. We will continue with Concur long into the future, as well as other SAP products.

Cons

It can take a few days for receipts to hit your Concur account. It doesn't really affect anything for me, as I try to do my reports the second week of the next month after it all clears.

Very positive. I enjoy using and appreciate the lengths that it goes through for security and SSO. I don't dread my expense reports, and that is a very good sign.

Pros

I like how quick it is to submit receipts both digital and physical into the system. I enjoy the pre-populated items and navigation system that makes submitting reports a breeze. I like the history and internal notes so that if I miss label something I can see what my supervisor would like for me to fix. I also enjoy how simple it is to see exactly what is missing on my reports because everything is clearly marked.

Cons

I have found it difficult to process duplicate or reimbursed charges on reports under Concur. Additionally, there is limited options for reporting and/or acting on personal expenses that are accidental.

Overall, I find useful and it gets the job done, but it’s not without challenges. While I like having visibility into my expense history, I sometimes find it difficult to track certain details or add new items smoothly.

Pros

I like that keeps a history of all submitted expenses, making it easy to track past reports and reference previous submissions when needed.

Cons

I find the expense process a bit disorganized. When an expense is returned, it’s not easy to see the details or understand the reason. It would also be helpful to have templates for recurring expenses. Adding expenses from outside the country I work in can be challenging, especially when using a credit card, since the final amount charged often differs from what’s entered in the system. A feature that allows you to capture and reconcile the actual credit card charge would make the process much smoother.

Pros

This software is easy enough to use after familiarization with the options and process. Ease of adding receipts and scan from a mobile phone with the app, ease of following the approval process and checking status of claims.

Cons

It needs someone to show you how it works first or have a bit of a familiarization training before use. Ergonomy could be improved, for example you cannot remove a receipt once uploaded, unless you delete the line and create a new one, that's annoying.

It is intuitive to use. They offer some process automation that help reducing errors and save time reentering the information.

It doesn't work as well on chrome browser and work better on safari. I can use all the functionality and see the preview of document on safari.

If your organization is a big SAP shop then this is a good expense report tool. My personal preference is Expensify, but this is a good solution overall.

Pros

Good mobile app which makes it easy to capture receipts with your phone camera. Concur scans the receipts and fills in the details. You can also forward any email receipts.

Cons

It is my 2nd favorite expense report app behind Expensify. The features are basically the same, but I find Expensify more intuitive to use.

Overall, our experience with has saved us time and money by allowing users to snap and upload a picture of the receipt without having to be logged into their computer. It has also accelerated our approval process allowing for expenses to be paid in a more timely manner.

Pros

We have used for a couple of years now and it has made our expense reporting fast and easy. The photos on the go for receipts has been invaluable.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about is to have to do a header report summary. This is double work as all the same information can be found in each expense.

Every payments transactions is captured in expenses reports automatically making it easy to manage expenses, vendors and invoices. Also, approval can be done with a single click with a clear view of all expenses submitted for reimbursement.

Cons

In the event when errors occurs, it is very difficult to correct them without involving the administrator. This is the biggest challenge I have experienced.

Pros

is very user friendly once you get used to the id verification process. It saves all the input data and is easy to use the different elements.

Cons

The inital log-in process was a bit cumbersome with the id verification. You have to input a password and send a password key/QR code request to your email, then use a qr code verification and wait for code. After a few tries it was quite easy, but for the less tech saavy employees it was difficult. We understand the need to protect the data though.
