I have to complete the forms numerous times because of error codes that do not adequately explain how to correct the errors. Pros The sign in process is easy. Other than that, I cannot think of anything there is to like about SAP Concur. Cons Cumbersome. Not user friendly. It takes hours to complete a simple report. Pros I loved the fact that you can save receipts inside of the application, You can later look for them amongst the saved files and pull what you needed. Cons I didn't like that concor was ver specific with what image files it received and how when you uploaded and used receipts, it wouldn't delete them but you have to manually delete each one. Training our staff is easy as the UI makes it so simple for our staff. SSO is also fantastic so our staff do not have to remember yet another password. Pros SAP Concur has streamlined our expense tracking. It's simple, particularly the mobile app and enables our staff to submit their expenses in a timely manner. Customer Support is always responsive. Cons Invoice tracking, particularly split amongst multiple expense codes can be difficult. The UI is not as streamlined as cc expenses are. Cons If you don't have the name of the people at a particular business that you are adding the expense to, it's a little complicated to search. If they are there then you just add them. Pros I like how quick it is to submit receipts both digital and physical into the system. I enjoy the pre-populated items and navigation system that makes submitting reports a breeze. I like the history and internal notes so that if I miss label something I can see what my supervisor would like for me to fix. I also enjoy how simple it is to see exactly what is missing on my reports because everything is clearly marked. Cons I have found it difficult to process duplicate or reimbursed charges on reports under Concur. Cons What I like least about Concur is that uploading receipts can be glitchy. Often, photos of receipts do not appear after taken in the app. I always take an additional photo outside of the app as a backup. Pros I like that Sap allows me to upload all my receipts at once and then ties them to my expenses. It makes it was less tedious than other expense reports. My personal preference is Expensify, but this is a good solution overall. Pros Good mobile app which makes it easy to capture receipts with your phone camera. Concur scans the receipts and fills in the details. You can also forward any email receipts. Cons It is my 2nd favorite expense report app behind Expensify. Pros What I like most about Concur is it gives me a way to enter in my company expenses, keep track of them, and give me notifications every step along the way of it's review/approval process. Cons The user interface is complicated. So much so now I no longer create new expenses from scratch... I copy a previous one because that's theonly way I know how to enter certain expenses.
