It made our inventory system with budgeting and buying easier. Cons There were a lot of times where we would have to restart the program after it would randomly crash. I am sure they have worked out the bugs and kinks by now but at the time it seemed a little outdated. Pros The scheduling is organized and easy to understand for new employees. The analytical reports are a big part of employee reviews and coaching sessions. This has helped me build and maintain clientele for over 20 years. Cons I wish there were analytical reports for the individual colors I use in formulas the most often. This would help in ordering. Reasons for choosing Millenium The analytical reports were the easiest to understand and explain to employees. Also I was able to use the credit card processing company if my choice whereas some others were tied to a particular processor.
