Their customer support is friendly and very helpful. Uploading files is a breeze and quick. Pros You get the best value for your money with QQCatalyst. It's very user-friendly, which makes it simple to learn. Specifically, it's easy to use for things like payment processing and client support. I feel it fits best for mid-sized insurance agencies. Cons The only con I have is that the reporting tools are pretty limited and don't have the customization that the rest of the software has. Cons When I wanted to switch they charged me $1500 to get my data and said it would take 4 weeks. My other management company had it to me is 24 hrs and are only charging me 250 when I need a second copy. Reasons for choosing QQCatalyst I have now switched from QQCatalyst to EZlynx. Cons Customer Service can be a long wait, but they have a facebook and twitter page for updates on issues.
