I find it's easy to train new team members due to the simplification of the user interface! Pros Yardi was a straight forward, comprehensive program that greatly improve day to day work flow for busy leasing offices. The user interface is easy for people to catch on to, even those who may not be as comfortable with learning new software. Reports are easy to find and I love being able to pull them as Excel spreadsheets so I can tailor them to my liking. Cons Customer service could be strong. While the support team can be helpful, often times I find that immediate needs cannot be met, which can hold up our processes. Cons I feel that the interface could be updated and that I am still unaware of a lot of the features. It is not super user friendly- with extra training needed. Some of the information and statistics aren't accurate so I always try to double check important data. I have not interacted with their customer support much, but it was very difficult to find and not very helpful. For example if I’m leaving a memo and a resident comes to me and I go back to that memo after 5 minutes of talking to my resident , IT CLOSES OUT!
