10/10, the software is somewhat user-friendly. The help tab also is very useful and full of important information.

Pros

Being able to manage inventory and our tickets, with the use of this software, we are able to also easily locate different parts for our warehouse and manage accurate inventory of the parts.

Cons

The only issue I have with this software is the long delay in posting/receiving an item on a PO. Sometimes it just spins for a long time

Pros

Adjustable to meet your requirements. Simple to learn and instruct. Keeps long-lasting records. Ad,initrator can set up what clients can and can't utilize.

Cons

Here and there their advancement group is delayed to execute fixes. This could be improved with greater advancement of staff. Their night-time cost is very expensive, however even with the expense it's ideal to have somebody accessible assuming you want them. They do a great deal of hands-off which I would favor more helped and involved.

Reasons for choosing Excede DMS

I truly like Excede's design and capability. Dissimilar to different DMS conditions, Excede is completely Windows GUI based with a SQL backend. The point of interaction is basically the same as Windows Pilgrim with it's envelope type structure. They put a great deal of spotlight on their clients' necessities and the genuine usefulness of the product. Despite the fact that their organization is little, they set a lot of focus on improvement and application usefulness. Sticker cost for the item is great in view of the return for money invested.
