The only issue is because they are in so many factions, I feel a lot of the functions are outdated. Pros The software allows for all functions of the business; reporting, analysing, payroll. Cons How clunky the system is. A lot of the functions in Jobpac are not automated and is a very outdated software. Changes and new implementations do not occur frequent enough. Payroll is terrible, not having the ability to track Leave management is horrific. Payroll should have the ability to track leave management and automatically populate each period. To complete any task, there is a thousand clicks. Reasons for choosing Jobpac Connect I had inherited the software when I moved from another company.
