We can enter most of the information we need. Lists, Dispatch, Fleet functions are ok except Accounting. Cons The accounting function needs to be improved a lot. Multiple invoices can be marked as "Pay off" on Invoice Payment Entry, but only one at once can be unmarked. Also, if we want to make an adjustment for an invoice, we should remove all the paid items to do that, but as I said, we need to select each one to remove from "Pay off". One more thing, we can send invoices to customers but in the email that PCS sent, there's no receiver email address stated. When we forward the invoice email that we sent out from PCS to the customer to prove that we sent it out, they always say they didn't receive it, pointing out there's no receiver email address on it. Overall, it’s a solid tool with some room for improvement. Pros Really impressed with how easy it is to keep track of vehicles and overall fleet activity. It’s a reliable system that helps streamline daily operations and keeps everything organized in one place. Once you get familiar with it, it definitely makes managing tasks and tracking much easier. There are a few areas that could be improved, especially on mobile and with real-time updates, but overall, it does the job well and adds value to the workflow. Pros The mobile access is highly convenient and user-friendly. It allows real-time monitoring and dispatching of load on the go in afterhours also. Notifications and updates are timely, making it easy to stay informed without needing constant desktop access. Cons The mobile experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as the desktop version. Some features are a bit harder to find or just not there, and it can be a little slow at times especially when we’re trying to pull up a lot of information quickly. Cons the cost is not realistically aligned with what is delivered or what the system is able to actually do when compared with other service providers. With a limited ability to pull/produce reports -its nearly impossible to customize reports to get everything that is wanted or needed without pulling multiple variations of a report. Pros Overall, the system does everything it's supposed to like 95% of the time which is good. Cons 1.New password change: As the admin, I would like to see what other users' passwords are without having to ask or change it in order to gain access to their account to make a change, like if they have a load locked and someone else needs it. 2.Revenue reports with or without accessorial should allow for the specific choosing of which accessorial you want to keep/remove instead of all or none, since certain revenues like lumpers which are just break-even charges may want to be removed potentially. 3. P.O/Reference number not transferring to QuickBooks requires manually entry, 4. Pcs mobile images takes too long to transfer into loads or the index images section. Also, images sent by drivers should also have an option to be sent over to a different section of images for non-load pictures, like repairs or scales if a company chooses to exclude them from specific loads for expense recordings. 5. The fleet tracker feature should be accessible from payroll batches so if any questions about pervious loads/miles are raised, it could be solved from within batches. 6. Old finished payroll batches should have a feature to lock them from certain personal, instead of only completely allowed or not allowed to make changes to payrolls regardless of it being new or old for collusive fraud protection. 7. A report that shows total earnings for any time period wanted for drivers which shows both loads pay, and receipts pay in one report. 8. more detailed analysis on dpm costs and revenues. Lane specific analysis. 9. potential cheaper package offering if certain features are not used. It works for what we need it to, but no an over abundant of options. Pros Works great for organizing data over long periods of time, organizing dispatching loads, and for managing accidents. Cons The accounting piece of it is a bit iffy sometimes. Maine has adopted Paid Family Medical Leave, and we are having to manually calculate the deductions. We have filed for an exemption and do not need to make contributions until May 2026. I have reached out to PCS many times to make sure the deductions are set up correctly for May 2026. There is a lot of features and it's hard to master them all but the customer service is always there to help when needed. Cons There are limitations to how the system can be used, not all features can be customized and it makes it difficult sometimes to use. Also, with time card feature I don't like that you have to choose a shift. We have drivers that don't drive according to schedule and that's who we need the time cards the most.
