I agreed to change one business to Quick Books, and I wish it was easy to make the change back - that was a "Cloud Bite". Pros The ability to produce very good enterprise costing from payroll, supply inputs and equipment charge-out is really helpful. The platform is really flexible, providing the ability to combine enterprises, or reassign any debit or credit very readily. This system is best for those who need the ability learn or profit from the available detail. The suite reports is quite good. Cons Integration with spreadsheets needs improvement! PC based only. In this 2020 Covid world a cloud system is sorely missed. Reasons for choosing Blue Skies Accounting It seemed the best at the time. There are lots of systems, but this is a really good one. Pros Traditional accounting software. They built a layer of beautifully simple workflows. Those easy workflows have all the accounting rules built into them. Cons I would say the software could use some polishing visually, just on the purely cosmetic side. This doesn’t really effect anything however, just some food for thought.
