Pros

Scheduling posts ahead of time and being able to have a calendar view of all posts across multiple social media accounts and channels in one place has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

Would be great if you could schedule carousel posts on IG ahead of time, but I'm sure it's in the pipeline!

I think it is useful when managing multiple markets or social media accounts but could be improved with instagram

Pros

Super easy to learn and use, straight forward and all of the features I need are there

Cons

Instagram is difficult for posting (cant do carousel without phone) Comments dont always show within engage

Falcon has helped us a lot in aligning our sites and raising the quality SoMe presence. It also makes the communication with our followers a lot easier. I love it!

Cons

I think the measuring module is the trickiest.

Falcon is middle of the road for me. There are other programs, like Sprout Social, that are comparable or better.

Pros

The customer service is fabulous. It's very quick and they're happy to help.

Cons

Falcon is very buggy. Every day I have an issue.

Their communication team is amazing. Any issue or error we run into, they instantly help us fix and they actually care. The product itself drives like a dream. Despite the never ending changes on social platforms, Falcon manages to stay up to speed.

I love that I am able to see not only my posts in a calendar form, but also that of other D.R. Horton divisions so it's easier to share ideas and content with one another.

Pros

The service of Falcon Social is very good - you will get a personal contact that you can get in touch with at any time if you have any requests, feedback or concerns. Their support is also very fast and likely to to resolve your problem quickly. They also shares a lot of great ideas and tips with their users.

Cons

They used to be quite quick implementing new functionalities, but has began to be more slow in their implementations. This will hopefully be improved as they recently announced big changes in terms of number of employees.

Only been using it 2 months now but it is easy to use and user friendly. After a call with one of your team explaining some more in depth it was very easy to set up my own reports

Pros

It makes it easy to schedule multiple posts across multiple markets and brands. Though I use only one myself. Love the custom reporting

Cons

We are boosting through Business Manager and I miss the integration. I can only see post in BM once its live. I understand it could be boosted from Falcon but we not doing this yet

Pros

The information, activity and other data about posts that Falcon.io provides is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Their customer service is top notch and that shows even on their website with live chats.

Cons

My least favorite part about Falcon.io is that its the THE BEST social media management program out there. This is ofset by the price however, as its cheeper than its competitors

Cons

1\. In terms of cost, the tool is on the expensive side for small and medium-size companies. Though there are cheaper subscriptions available, but the number of mentions provided in those plans is very limited.

I have only been using brandwatch for a short time but it gets the job done when it comes to simple brand monitoring and social listening. I wish the reports and data were a little more robust.

The setup for social listening was quick and easy.

I wish there was a way to add filters to the components and tables without having to adjust the overall query.
