### "Falcon Use For 2 Years"

March 21, 2020

4.0

Very easy to schedule content out.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and the support team is quick to help on any issues! I'm most happy that Instagram has made it capable for Falcon users to choose the thumbnail on videos that are being posted.

Cons

There are general glitches in the platform with posts, scheduling, lables, notes, ect. I also wish that Instagram posts could be deleted directly from the platform, just like Facebook and Twitter. Many new issues with adding an Instagram account into the platform as well.

### "Review of Falcon.io"

March 18, 2020

4.0

Helps a lot for day to day scheduling posts.

Pros

The metrics are very clear and pretty easy to use once everything is setup.

Cons

Overall, there is far too much clicking just to schedule a post. And then if you copy/paste a post it's even more painful.

### "An OK platform"

March 13, 2020

3.0

Pros

It's quite easy to work with. And if there's a problem with the platform the support is awesome.

Cons

Had a very long period where scheduled for promotion posts were not publishing. Had the same problem recently (February 2020), so if i wasn't paying attention i would have lost a day or two. Has only the basic formats that you can schedule. And the phone app was quite useless, because it just sent the content to the phone without publishing it.

### "Friendly user experience but there are some things need updating in Publish and Engage"

March 13, 2020

5.0

Falcon saves me a lot of time in managing social media, doing reports, and finding high-quality materials as well.

Pros

Everything is easy to use even no-training. I can upload and edit photos directly when creating a post. I also receive feedback and notes right there on the post as well as the post engagement. What i like most is the content pool where i can find material from other country's fanpages.

Cons

There are 2 things need to be improved. - Publish: I cannot create advanced forms of Facebook post, such as poll vote, canvas. - Engage: The comment and messages replied on Facebook are still marked as unread on Falcon until i mark them as read. I need a synchronization here.

### "Good software, but limited on IG"

December 3, 2019

4.0

I use Falcon to schedule social media posts for multiple clients.

Pros

I like that I can post to all social platforms from one location, and I can tag and track specific campaigns.

Cons

Still doesn't have functionality to post multiple images or videos to IG and they have not updated their emojis so newer emojis show up as question mark boxes.

### "Falcon Review"

November 18, 2020

4.0

Pros

Easy to see all of the posts that are scheduled on the different platforms, including their times of publications. Makes workflow management easy.

Cons

Image editing is a little challenging and I've had technical difficulties with it. No way to easily search all of your social media audience for information like location, industry, etc.

### "Good social media scheduler and monitoring system."

March 23, 2020

### "The best option available"

March 13, 2020

4.0

Very good, it's not perfect but I'm a big fan. Would recommend to others.

Pros

Publish, Engage and Measure are the best features for me. I do a lot of reporting and measure is great for time-saving on that.

Cons

Bulk-labelling would be incredibly useful. The new engagements reports don't sync up correctly with our current reporting but I'm very excited to see that get up and running properly.

### "Making Tasks Manageable"

December 3, 2020

4.0

Pros

Falcon Engage is critical for my team's daily functions, and I love being able to log in and see my workload right off the bat. Having this tool cuts down a lot of task management and allows our team to work together efficiently to knock out hours worth of engagement tasks in an organized, streamlined way.

Cons

Not sure if there's a mobile app, none of my coworkers use it if there is, but I've used Falcon on my mobile browser while away from my desk - I wish it were a tad more mobile friendly. Always zoomed too far in or out, difficult to navigate the page without messing up feeds, etc.

### "A good-looking tool for measuring social presence"

March 13, 2020

4.0

It's great for measurement across various channels and our clients are happy with the out-of-the-box reports.

Pros

We solely use the software for measurement and it works great for us. It makes is really easy to visualize how our clients perform across multiple social platforms at once. The export options are good and the generated reports look great. It would be even better if the reports allowed for further customization; advanced period comparison, layout options etc.

Cons

The measurement view could be better organized when working with multiple clients. It can be difficult to focus in on one client at the time without using filters. Also, it can be really slow but that could be down to the amount of data being processed or the use of Angular :-)

### "Brandwatch"

May 29, 2023

4.0

My experience with Brandwatch has been positive, as it offered robust social media listening and analytics tools that provided valuable insights for brand management. While there were challenges in terms of complexity and pricing, it significantly contributed to our understanding of online conversations and market trends.

Pros

One aspect I liked most about Brandwatch was its powerful social media listening and analytics capabilities. The platform's advanced sentiment analysis, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive reporting provided valuable insights into brand reputation, customer sentiment, and market trends.

Cons

One drawback I experienced with Brandwatch was the complexity of the platform, requiring some time and training to fully utilize its features and customize the monitoring parameters. Additionally, the pricing structure could be a limiting factor for smaller businesses or organizations with limited budgets.

### "My essential tool to manage and connect with my online community"

July 18, 2023

5.0

This platform has given me a lot of data about my brand and my social media presence. With its ability to analyze and monitor large volumes of information in real time, I have been able to get a comprehensive view of my audience and market trends.

Pros

What I liked the most is its ability to gather and analyze large amounts of social media data quickly and efficiently.

Cons

The platform can be expensive, which can make it less accessible for small businesses or individual users with limited budgets.

### "Great platform to use!"

December 3, 2020

4.0

Pros

I like the ease of creating and scheduling posts. Although I have not used to it's full extent, I also like the measuring dashboards. The customer service is also top-class.

Cons

I dislike that you have to use the Hub app to approve Instagram posts. It would be more beneficial to have it under one application.

### "Falcon Gets Things Done"

March 13, 2020

5.0

Pros

We use Falcon to help cross-post across multiple social media platforms along with reporting on those and listening to our audience. It really keeps us in touch with what's going on.

Cons

### "Great product and helps a lot in social media management and scheduling"

March 27, 2020

4.0

One feature to add would be having the ablility to retweet/share a post on specific or multiple channels at the same time.

Pros

The ease of copying and scheduling multiple posts to different platforms. And the overall calendar view is a great way to see what is coming up and where you are missing things.

Cons

Sometimes the measure feature does not match up with the original platforms which makes it difficult to keep track of results.

### "Comparable to Hootsuite With Added Analytics"

January 30, 2021

5.0

When it comes to scheduling posts for social media, this software is one of the easiest to use. I really like the fact that all posts show up on a calender that is easy to navigate, add to, change, and delete from. Comparing past and current audience data has proven to be very helpful as well.

Pros

Hootsuite has been a long time favorite software of mine, but one thing they lack is in depth analytics of social media activity. This software allows me to manage social media posts in a similar way to Hootsuite. I can create posts and schedule them on a calendar to be published on specific dates and times. I really love this interface, because it allows me to view all of my posts on an actual calender- which is great for organizational purposes. I can also easily see audience data and compare past audience interactions to more current content I've created.

Cons

Perhaps it's simply my slow internet- but sometimes I will attempt to schedule a post and it will not save correctly and I'll lose the post entirely. This is a common issue I've found across all social media management platforms, and I know that it may be in part to my own internet issues, but it is the largest fault I've found while using Falcon.

### "Needs improvement."

November 17, 2020

4.0

Pros

Dashboard view of the content, ease of sharing, tracking.

Cons

Falcon is slow to adopt features that native platforms introduce. For example, Twitter began allowing us to caption videos and it's been more than a year and still not offered on Falcon. Mobile apps are clunky and unreliable.

### "Review..."

March 18, 2020

4.0

Positive! Customer service is great and we're getting a lot of value out of the product. If the final few things we need were in the platform it would be perfect.

Pros

The levels of data that are available for reporting. The publishing capabilities and how easy it is to publish.

Cons

Dashboards should sort a lot of these, but having Twitter stats on a post by post basis, having greater analysis of labels, making it easier to retrospectively tag labels, and having dashboards which can show full content performance metrics that matter to us across all platforms (specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
