There’s a little learning curve but again the help desk makes up for that. I like that they work great with being a union shop. Pros The support, help desk. Its so easy to open a support ticket and connect with a team member. The screen share is very helpful. Cons I wish there was a clock in system to log hours. We currently have to have two systems to manage employees hours. It is a hefty learning curve but they are absolutely there for you! Pros Communication is impeccable! Whoever calls back when we put a ticket in is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Cons \-There should be a way to delete or not show columns and sections not applicable to you, for instance some are only valid if you operate in a certain state, etc. It would clean up a lot and you could find the application you need easier if you could make those not show up. -It times out way too quickly if you have to jump to something else and go back. Then have to start the login process all over. Access to a live support person in a timely manner is everything! Pros P4C is largely a once and done system once everything is set up properly. I really love that. Also, the support folks really know the system well. It's comforting to know that a knowledgeable support person is always available to jump in and help. Cons I have had several instances with the tax department that makes me dread dealing with them. Long waits (even weeks!) for email responses and the need for 2nd and 3rd requests have been common. Pros P4C makes processing payroll very easy, especially when it comes to filing the required payroll taxes, they handle all of it. They also handle any payroll garnishments. Sometimes I wish you didn't have to wait for a call back but whenever we say its urgent the return call usually comes quickly. Pros Ease of use. Works well along side HCSS. Very easy to enter hours and make corrections. I like the accrual time. Cons I wish some of the reports were more detailed. I wish you could run a weekly report per employee with all the info per week in one line. Also I wish you could make changes to one guy at a time when entering time cards. Pros Fast and knowledgeable customer service, no matter the person I reached at P4C. Even when we didn't know what the issue was, they were able to untangle and correct the issue. Cons P4C it is very detailed and that can make it difficult to navigate at times. But all in all, Customer services is always there to help you navigate.
