Cons If I could give QR Cloud zero stars, I would. This company’s customer service is beyond atrocious. The only way to get in touch with them is via email, and even then, don’t expect any prompt responses—24 hours is a best-case scenario, and that's only if you’re lucky. When they do reply, it's nothing more than a generic, unhelpful response that does nothing to address your issue. In short, QR Cloud’s customer support is a complete disaster. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this company. Their lack of effective communication and genuine assistance makes them one of the worst service providers I’ve ever encountered. Customer service is prompt the product UX is good, and th UI is enjoyable. Pros QR Cloud has several different features to take advantage of. It hard to pick one at this time as new user. Cons At first I was having issue with the domain features but after time I found out that it had to do with cloudflare, no QR Cloud. That has been my only downside so far.
