Pros I guess the fact it is web browser based is good. In general it has been useful for tracking vacation and other HR related things. Cons Its slow, very slow. Looking at BOM through the browser can take about 3x longer than it should. Sometimes information doesn't get saved. Entering a requistion takes a long time, there are no templates to create etc... this is a new software and it shows. Needs a lot work. Secondly, Its Middle ware services, We have different madule of ERP like Meterial Management System,Apperal Management system and Inventory Management system.All of three Modules are interlinked and Show results on one window. its save a lot of time and consumed less human resource for operations controlling . Cons As long as the programs are completing fine there really seems to be no issue, however in case if there is any issue there seems to be no way to get any comprehensive log.
