Pros I have found Oracle to be an amazingly easy to use software that has been both a great value for money and perfect for small business use. The customer support if quite great as well, which helps with the lesrning curve of some staff who may take longer to learn the system. Cons So far I haven't found any cons, just personal preferences or pet peeves. I truly find this app to be what I needed at a time and suggest it to others when they are inquiring about software of this type. Called several times to try to get assistance to sign in to their portal and failed every single time. No one seems to have answers on how to get set up and in the meantime we've done our work and have not been paid! Pros If I could give it zero stars I would. The company I do independent work for recently switched from Coupa to Oracle. To be honest Coupa was awful and it took almost a month before we could sign in and get into their system. It's been almost 3 weeks and haven't even been able to sign in to submit an invoice to be paid. Confusing...totally user unfriendly... as clear as mud 😵‍💫very frustrated with the whole system. I've called the company that has implemented this program and they found an alternate way for me to request a way to be paid. Awful ...I would not recommend it. Cons It never even allowed me to use its service... can't even sign in! The company that uses it has stated that even their own employees are having frustrations and problems can't get any answers.
