Pros

We can block malicious traffic very easily with WAF.We can block IPs/Domains/Countries in WAF because there are many pre-defined templates there.

Cons

It's not easy to create WAF rules manually. It will take a lot of effort we can create the rules like cross-site scripting, XSS, Brute force, etc.

Pros

Ease to create a rule for IP and domain blocking.configuring WAF in the network is a very easy task and it takes a maximum of 30 min to set up.

Cons

We can configure the rules easily that are in WAF for the new rules we want to create it's not an easy task.
