Overall a good experience especially with customer support side. I’m still playing around with the program but believe it will be a valuable tool for my business

Pros

A lot of different features and friendly interface. It is a great help desk solution for my small business

Cons

Seemed a little hard to understand at first but the team was super helpful and answered all my questions

Overall, Pearl Lemon had a good experience with LiveAgent. The platform made it easier to handle customer messages with tools like live chat and ticketing. Its simple layout, automation features, and helpful support team made it easy to manage and respond to clients across different channels. Although there were a few downsides, like limited customization and some issues with the mobile app, LiveAgent still provided solid support that worked well for Pearl Lemon’s needs as they grew.

Pros

Pearl Lemon likely enjoyed LiveAgent for its all-in-one tools, like live chat and ticketing, which made handling customer inquiries a lot easier. The simple interface helped keep things organized, while features like automated ticket distribution and canned responses saved time and made sure no message slipped through the cracks. LiveAgent’s flexible pricing was also a great fit for Pearl Lemon as they continued to grow. Plus, their dependable customer support made it easy to get help or set up new features quickly.

Cons

Some things Pearl Lemon may not have liked about LiveAgent include limited customization options, which made it hard to tailor exactly to their needs. The mobile app wasn’t as smooth as the desktop version, and some advanced features took time to learn. With all channels combined, notifications could also pile up, which sometimes felt overwhelming. Lastly, LiveAgent didn’t integrate with all of their preferred tools, which created a few extra steps for the team.

Excellent support team whenever there's been any issues. They also provide terrific training so we can implement all the features they have

Pros

The fact we could manipulate the look and feel of the chats for our customers, the easy ticket tracking process and it provides great "bang for the buck"

Cons

There really have been no cons, we are satisfied customers

\-Live Agent has a lot of bells and whistles that are great for any CS team multi-channel ( all under one roof.)- we were able to streamline our ticketing ways and respond time to customers from 24hs to instant and also track customer feedback on the fly. - great in reducing the workload on your support team with their chatbots and knowledge base to empower customers to self-serve

Cons

\-While liveagent were one of the first ones, they are by far not the cheapest option out there. in other words, the pricing can be a bit steep for businesses with a small budget or fewer customers, so it may not be the best fit for everyone.-While LiveAgent.com does offer integrations with other software tools, they may not be as seamless as some of their competitors.- The platform can be a bit overwhelming and confusing for first-time users,

With us adding the Twilio to the Live Agent, our voice over quality is great , very little issues with buffering.Security is great and just the use is superb.

Pros

The ease at set up and the navigation dashboard is simple yet backend complex. I enjoy the dynamics of it as it keeps those operators on their toes .

Cons

Obviously Viber is a fairly popular medium however I would have preferred the watsapp integration, for our clients.
