Pros Works well once you understand how it works. It's essentially an online database management program. If you know that basics of database management, you'll like donorperfect. Pros I think that I liked the way that there is always a person on the customer support side who can help with all of your issues. They are very cost savvy as well as compare to other software solutions. It holds all the infomration I need and I like the reports it provides. I have not created my own yet, but there are so many templates that I am not sure i will have to for a while yet! DonorPerfect has provided exactly what we need. Pros Easy to learn, easy to navigate, full functionality with basic package and customer service is absolutely awesome! April 24, 2018 5.0 I think once I get everything transferred from QuickBooks and get addresses for donors I don't have, things are going to feel more complete. Pros I have everything in one spot. I can pull up stats on any donor at anytime with easy reports. The amount of information that can be stored on one donor is priceless. Cons Importing contacts from QuickBooks is a little challenging with the formats. I've had to reformat every export to match DonorPerfect's templates. Review Source JH Janice H. It doesn't have too much distracting factors for a small-mid organization like mine, which can be an issue when using larger donor management software. The visuals/layout is user-friendly too. I can tell you that the interface is intuitive, that it is easy to maintain, enter new information into, and to download reports. It does what our organization needs it to do. It is fairly easy to use and after a while becomes quite simple to create the reports you need. Sometimes you may need support to create more complex reports and the support staff are pretty good about helping, though sometimes charge. I like the customizable fields and the ability to link to other documents/photos for each record.
