Overall ScrapeOps has made the webscraping portion of my software much less of a headache. Having consistent pricing and an almost 'hand off' approach has let me focus on other, more important, parts of the software.

Pros

Customer service is second to none - All the team are only an email away and always willing to go the extra mile to help outThe 'auto optimise' function of the proxy aggregator saves me a significant amount of time. I scrape hundreds of sites every day and so don't have the time to individually tweak and monitor each of these. ScrapeOps does this all automatically so I never need to think about it!Interface is minimalistic making it super easy to see the data you want at a glance. Being able to see any sites which are having issues or costing a lot of credits is super useful.ScrapeOps is constantly updating and adding new features - I can't wait to see what comes next!

Cons

There are a few features I would like to see added, like being able to see the settings the 'auto optimise' function uses if it is costing a lot of credits. But ScrapeOps is still growing quickly so I have no doubt this will be added soon.

I looked at a LOT of alternatives to ScrapeOps. Every other alternative I could find either cost significantly more, required much more intervention, or both.
