My overall experience with Hybo has been very positive. It is a well-designed solution for companies looking to optimize office space usage, improve employee experience, and support hybrid work models. Hybo delivers value to HR teams, facilities managers, and employees alike, and feels like a modern platform that continues to evolve.

Pros

Pros – What did you like most about Hybo? What I liked most about Hybo is how it brings workplace management and employee experience together in one platform. The ability to easily book desks, meeting rooms, parking, and other resources is especially useful in hybrid work environments. The app is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy for employees to adopt.

Cons

As a minor improvement area, some advanced features could offer more customization options or require a short learning curve for administrators. That said, once configured, the platform works smoothly and reliably.

Me gusta mucho, me parece intuitiva y fácil de usar. Me permite reservar parking de manera super ágil y tener siempre información del estado de mi solicitud.

Pros

Que tiene una interfaz super fácil de usar, y además con siempre releases de nuevas funcionalidades.

Cons

Nada en concreto, pero no tenemos capacidad de igual sacarle partido al extenso abanico de funciones que ofrece.

Su herramienta es intuitiva, con un UX trabajado y que permite reservar fácilmente los espacios. Además, las reservas quedan vinculadas al calendario.

Pros

Es una solución que se adapta plenamente a las necesidades de nuestros espacios. Podemos reservar espacios desde el móvil o ordenador y gestionar nuestra semana en cualquier momento.

Cons

Nada, cada mes integran nuevas funciones, además de el nuevo lanzamiento de la app que nos ha ayudad a integrar mejor la herramienta.

Me siento mucho más tranquila cuando aparto mi lugar, no me siento presionada por llegar temprano para tener uno bueno. Si llego y alguien no respeto mi lugar, cordialmente le indicó que está reservado y sin roces procede a cambiarse de lugar.

\*Que no me permite reservar espacios de manera recurrente, ejemplo... las guardias a la oficina nos las asignan mensuales, y si tengo todos los viernes de marzo, no puedo agendar el lugar con esos criterios, tengo que esperar a que se habiliten los días. \*Necesito conocer el nombre de mi área para ver los asientos, en lugar de ver primero el mapa, seleccionar la zona donde quiero sentarme y por último el asiento \*Que cada vez que ingreso siempre me aparece la leyenda "New Version Available" \*Que no puedo reservar desde el teléfono, a veces se me olvida un día antes agendar y tengo que sacar la lap mientras voy en el carro camino al trabajo \*Estaría bien que el sistema mandara a lo mejor un recordatorio para agendar espacios, hay mucha gente renuente a aceptar el sistema, o que simplemente lo olvidan.

Me ha ido bien en general con la aplicación. Rápida y entendible.

Pros

Me gusta que aseguras tu lugar de trabajo, la app es rápida y sencilla, lo puedes hacer muy rápido.

Cons

No me gusta que cuando tienes un lugar reservado, no puedes ver que otros espacios están disponibles ese mismo día. Cuando quiero ver si hay algún otro espacio, tengo que cancelar el que tengo reservado para poder ver si hay algo más.

En general me ha ayudado mucho que se haya implementado esta herramienta, ya ciertos días me conecto para reservar para una semana y me quito el pendiente de estar buscando escritorio para trabajar.

Pros

Me ha gustado mucho poder reservar con anticipación un lugar para la semana de trabajo, así no estoy presionada por llegar a buscar un espacio en dónde sentarme y puedo llegar directo a mi lugar asignado. Es también excelente herramienta para ver quién está en la oficina y en dónde están y así poder agilizar temas que a veces se resuelven más rápido en persona.

Cons

EN si en el funcionamiento no le veo desventajas solo estaría genial una app para iPhone.
