"Great for Complex Projects"

**Pros:** excellent for managing larger projects and aligning our team on priorities. I really appreciate the structured workflows, custom request forms, and the visibility it gives into project timelines

**Cons:** can feel overwhelming for day-to-day operational tasks. There are a lot of features, and setting everything up takes time
