April 7, 2026 5.0 I am moderately technical, so my set up was a little bit of a learning curve, but with the chatbot and their team I got it set up and running quickly. I even have integrations that trigger external workflows. I can's say enough good things about the support! Pros Trackdesk is very robust. You can build pretty technical integrations. I like the tracking and the customer service at Trackdesk. The Chatbot is the best that I've used. Anytime I have a question I pop in there an ask it a question like I would an LLM. It's very conversational. And, if the chatbot runs out of info I get either a live rep, or an email pretty quickly. Cons Trackdesk is relatively technical to set up compared to some of the other options, but that's part of why it's so powerful. Lots of possibilities. I was planning to upgrade as a grow. Unfortunately there is no where to get help with setup unless you are paying. I don't understand how they think new businesses are going to grow and upgrade if they do not help with HTML set up on a website. 0\*\* as i cannot use. After i click accept cookies on my website, google analytics works, but track desk does not recognise the click .
