Great product with great people behind it. Pros Trackdesk is one of those rare platforms that’s both powerful and genuinely easy to use. The interface is clear, well-organized, and you don’t need to be a tech expert to set things up or run campaigns. What really stood out for me though was the support. We had a couple of niche questions during setup, and their team jumped in with actual solutions, not just generic links. Super responsive and friendly too. Cons Nothing so far. I was planning to upgrade as a grow. Unfortunately there is no where to get help with setup unless you are paying. I don't understand how they think new businesses are going to grow and upgrade if they do not help with HTML set up on a website. 0\*\* as i cannot use. After i click accept cookies on my website, google analytics works, but track desk does not recognise the click . The free plan was great for getting startsed, but I did notice that support options were limited unless I upgraded to a paid plan. The UX is really neat, which makes managing my affiliate programs (I have a few) pretty easy. Pros The fraud detection caught low-quality traffic we didn’t even realize was hurting our campaigns.
