Trackdesk’s support and simplicity made the rollout smooth, even for less tech-savvy team members. It’s been a huge relief compared to past platforms that took weeks just to figure out the basics. Great product with great people behind it. Pros Trackdesk is one of those rare platforms that’s both powerful and genuinely easy to use. The interface is clear, well-organized, and you don’t need to be a tech expert to set things up or run campaigns. What really stood out for me though was the support. We had a couple of niche questions during setup, and their team jumped in with actual solutions, not just generic links. Super responsive and friendly too. Cons Nothing so far. The product is solid, and the people behind it are accessible and knowledgeable. I would recommend improving UI little but other than that everything is great. There’s a ton of functionality, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming or messy. The UX is clean, modern, and everything makes sense once you get familiar with it. We were able to launch multiple campaigns quickly, automate payout flows, and hook it all into our existing marketing stack without needing dev help. Definitely feels like a top affiliate tracking software for teams that want everything in one place, without limits. Pros Trackdesk does pretty much everything we need it to. Unlimited conversions, unlimited affiliates, and we don’t get hit with surprise limits like we did on other platforms. The number of integrations is impressive—everything from CRMs to analytics tools syncs nicely. The Marketplace is a smart touch too, makes it easier to find new partners. One of the biggest wins for us has been automated affiliate payouts. No more spreadsheets, no more manual work—it’s just handled.
