Not a great experience. I am going to have to use a different system as i feel if it takes this long to get in touch with a help team i wouldnt like my money going through them

Pros

Seems like a good system and i like the fact you can take deposits etc

Cons

Cannot get in touch with the help team at all have been having issues with payment and trying to get in touch with them for days.

### "Excellent salon management software"

Overall is a very good and stable salon management software. It definitely requires some additional functionality to address the issues that I have highlighted, but overall it really is an asset to our business.

Pros

Ease of use, logical and intuitive layout, customers find the online booking app very easy to use. Reduced DNA's by 66% by using the text reminder system though the AI receptionist.

Cons

No functionality to add two therapists to one appointment. This is a very important feature for us to have, as we have clients with a disability that require two therapists in attendance. No functionality to merge clients records, this would really be helpful, as it is so easy to create duplicates by mistake.

Saved me a lot of time booking and sending out reminders. Admin is now much easier to manage day to day.

Pros

Easy to use, has all the features I need and saves me time sending reminder texts etc out manually to clients.

Cons

Doesn't automatically text clients when I alter an appointment in the diary. I.E if I move the time up in my diary manually.

Good app. Would love it to be a little bit more friendly when navigating in it. I like it and will renew.

Pros

Good thing is that it has Appointment automatic reminders. You can choose if the message is from your phone number or an automated number

Cons

Very tricky when trying to set up deposits. When requested the help I needed an AI email was received as a response.

I am a budding freelancer and starting my business. has been a god send board, taking virtual and credit card payments. Set up a seamless in the execution is flawless.

Pros

makes it easy to track specialized inventory and bill customers. Recieving payments are lightning fast and Goldie ads a level of legitimacy for those starting out in business. Customers love the option to pay online.

Cons

Its not a huge deal at all, but the app could use a facelift with a default option thats not a calendar. I can see people confused as what to do.

i love that there are multiple amazing things that are offered. especially the marketing messaging that is included. and it is for an AFFORDABLE price, you don’t have to pay additional

the app can be a little hard to navigate sometimes. i’m also not necessarily the. biggest fan of the calendar set up on the app.

I originally used HeyGoldi for a year, then decided to move to another platform. However, I only lasted about eight months there before realizing how much I missed the simplicity and user-friendly design of HeyGoldi. In the end, I chose to return, mainly because of how effortless and intuitive the system is compared to others.

Pros

I’ve been using the HeyGoldi app and what I like most about it is its interface — it’s clean, intuitive, and very easy to use.

Cons

One great additional feature that I believe is currently missing would be the ability to share a calendar with another practitioner. This would allow another practitioner to carry out treatments during time slots when I don’t have any clients booked, making even better use of available time overall.

I’m really enjoying it has everything I’ve been looking for in a booking system for such an amazing price which is why I choose them, I hope the remain competitive with this as most sites are just unaffordable now. I also love you get your own website

Pros

I love that people can book online but I’m able to choose where I send the link so it isn’t Available to everyone if I don’t want it to be, but also that I can approve appointments

Cons

The only thing I would change is that the appointments can be turned a certain colour in the Calendar once they have been completed, as they show a green icon but it would be good if you had the choice for the whole appointment to show green in the Calander

Pros

I found it really easy to move over my existing clients and appointments, it was a very quick and easy process and I was set up and ready to go in no time. This was really important to me so I was impressed with how it was handled. I find it really good value for money and is considerably cheaper than the software I was using previously. My favourite thing is the booking page having a gallery and review area, they've really helped me stand out. Overall it's very easy to use and schedule appointments and my clients seem to have no problems.

Cons

The only things I wish were better is the reports available. I like to be able to break up my stats into different areas i.e how much I took on card Vs cash and how long it takes payments to come to you once received from a client. For that reason I use a different company for payments.

9.5 out of 10! This has helped me with the start of my business. I love that i can keep notes for each client.

Pros

Easy to understand. Helpful. Returned my question through email very quickly. Great price. I love the customization.

Cons

The client cant tip over 100% of the service value. And I cant adjust timing while making an appointment. I have to go to the services and adjust all timing. I cant customize per appointment. And i cant tell when my card reader is coming in

Great! I love this because it’s user friendly for me and my clients. It’s a great price for what I need in my business.

Pros

I like the price! It’s a great price and I get exactly what I need. I think I pay about $29 a month but I get every feature I need.

Cons

Sometimes there is minor bugs and glitches but so does any app. The discount feature has a small problem where the dates are incorrect.

So far I do enjoy using it. It's been easy. I've used square which I liked but was not as aesthetic as .

Pros

I like how easy it to use vs other platforms I've used. Everything is easy to change. I also like how fast I can communicate with customer service.

Cons

I don't like how long it takes to go into my bank account. I think it should give you an option of transferring it faster.

I have liked my experience so far. It is great value for the price and certainly made my life easier to start my nail business. I highly recommend for new small nail businesses!

Pros

I liked that it had a free option to get a feel for it and determine if upgrading to a paid one is worth it or not! It is extremely beginner friendly and convenient for business just starting out and that dont want to commit to a monthly payment. The free version provided appointment scheduling, payment processing, messaging, and overall great scheduling for no cost! Truly a great platform for new businesses.

Cons

I disliked the small amount of customizability of the booking website through . I upgraded to the pro version and even then, there is little to no customizability for the booking website. Upgrading to pro plus is the only way to fully customize, but pro plus is more than what I need for my business.

Its a little to early because i just start using the program, but so far im happy with the choice i made. Compare with other program i checked before i decided to choose this one, i think is one of the best

Pros

The layout of the program and the prompt answer when you have a question. A bonus is the fact you can use different colours for different types of appointments

Cons

The fact i cannot zoom in to see the whole day at once, and i have to scroll up and down to be able to see the whole day schedule

Overall I am really pleased with , I am pleased with the website it offers along with the booking system is amazing, I love the add ons you can do. However it’s annoying how the website link has to have Goldie before it as it doesn’t look like a proper website at the moment though its link. Everything is amazing I have recommended it to many other groomers.

I love the message reminders you can do so easily and quickly and how you get notified to send them.

Cons

\-The fact you can’t add lunch breaks into the calendar. -that you can’t select a service to only be booked on certain days such as “full groom Saturdays only”

One of them is to adjust your working hours to have a break in the middle of it - but if you don't want that visible to customers you can also set a recurring personal event on the calendar (click the + in the bottom right corner - add "personal event" and then click add recurrence). I have only been using this app a few months ans unlike the others, this app has been the easiest and best one i have used.

Pros

This app is amazing!! The way it can colour-code for certain services really helps with booking people in. Its also great for sending messages to clients for reminders of their appointments. Its so easy to schedule clients in or even adjust appointments to suit your schedule. The payment process is so easy and reliable. Definitely great value for money i would recommend this app 100% for business owners. The privacy and security of appointments are secure and protected.

Cons

I dont like the fact you cant use paypal as a payment method rather than just bank cards. I think paypal would be a great option of payment also.

Simple, effective and super helpful. As a first time goer at being self employed the appointment system has made it so easy for me. The fact they create a whole website for clients to book on at the price they charge is incredible. I am absolutely loving everything Goldie has to offer.
