I have seen many great improvements over even just the past year and look forward to see how it adapts and improves in the future. Pros Daxko Operations is a very intuitive system when it comes to member management. The member profiles are arranged well and information is where it makes sense to be. I appreciate the updates - constant improvement - and the knowledge articles when I am trying to figure something new out or how to make something happen. Cons The program setup and registration could be improved - most troubleshooting calls I get from our members is help getting into their online accounts and getting registered. It flows well into Quickbooks and gives us the details we need. Pros Ease of use. Does multiple things for the business that help us keep control or our memberships, programs and finances. They listen and take requests for changes and upgrades. Cons Sometimes takes a while to get an answers from customer service. Added services can cost you extra monthly like Daxko Engage, etc. Reason for choosing Daxko Operations A lot of YMCA's had the product and we heard good things about Daxko. July 12, 2024 5.0 Daxko Operations has really helped our company flow easily with keeping data, memberships, payments all in order. Pros I started working the front desk at my childcare job about a month and half ago, and let me tell you this website was so easy to pick up on and learn! I had about an hour of training for 2 days total and was ready to start working by the third day! This websites layout is a work of wonders and is so easy to navigate through with little trouble. Cons Emails amongst other information prohibiting from creating a new account if its tied with an other account irrelevant to the person signing on as a new member. Cons One thing that is confusing from the YMCA standpoint is that there are multiple reservations an area can have and I wish that there was a box you could check for area reservations if you specifically wanted to see that. It has made my job as a membership associate smoother and made it easier to get the tasks done that I needed to finish. Pros It is very easy to understand. As someone who trains new hires for our front desk with Daxko, though there is a lot of information. It is very easy to train them and makes it easier for them to retain the information.
