Our overall experience with Cheetah was great. Our companies worked together for a long time, and the partnership resulted in millions of successful email deployments throughout the years. The people behind the platform were some of the best I've gotten to work with, and it was by no means an undesirable experience. As our company evolved, so did our needs and we unfortunately had to move away from Cheetah. Regardless of that, our experience was overall very positive.

Pros

What I liked most about Cheetah was their team, and the provided service from them. Given this platform was not meant to be operated solely by our team at The Bay, we had to work with Cheetah for all scheduled deployments, errors, requests, etc. The team was virtually always available when needed, and they always worked hard to get our request processed as quickly as possible. Their commitment to our team was incredible and though we moved away from their platform, the people behind it will always be highly regarded.

Cons

What we liked least about the platform were the complexities involved in deploying emails. The platform is essentially built to be operated by those with coding knowledge. What this meant for our team was that we needed to rely on a specific set of individuals to build and deploy our emails, rather than have the entire team involved first-hand in the process. We ran into many issues with having to rely on not only our coders, but Cheetah's team to assist in the management of all of our emails, that it eventually became very difficult to manage as the number of emails we were deploying continued to grow. We opted for a drag-and-drop platform to negate this issue instead.
