That’s to me more important than the features because even if you have amazing features, if there’s no support when there’s an issue, then you can’t use the feature correctly. Cons I haven’t actively used the platform from my own account because I first tried it using my friend’s account, but it was full of bugs. I believed I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued without my realizing it. I only became aware of this after seeing the charges on my bank statement and attempted to reach out to customer support, but I’ve received no response. As a result, I’m now forced to resort to public platforms to try and get in touch with them, since they’re not responding via email or their chatbot. It’s unfortunate, as I would have preferred not to publicly call out their platform for its poor performance and customer service. Review Source rizwan Z. I mentioned already the areas I didn't like, i.e. the software getting hung up when I tried to move to the next page while prospecting. I wasn't able to add those prospects to my list. I believe they're a somewhat new company, so I think, considering, they're doing pretty well. I'm looking forward to their getting all of their functions in order. Overall good experience though. Pros I like the ease of use. It's pretty straightforward. Like the results it returns, and pretty fast as well. Cons Wish there were more videos on how to use certain aspects of the platform. I don't like that it seems to get hung up when I have multiple pages returned when I'm using the prospecting tool. I've had the app freeze on me when I'm trying to get past the second page of results. I don't like that:-I don't seem to be able to save my search query results for later to add more to my list.-I dont seem to be able to put in multiple cities, counties, or states when I do my searches.-LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation tool is not available as of the time of this review, but I hope that they're cleared and compliant with LinkedIn and Facebook guidelines for using the tool to generate leads. That can be tricky and put folks accounts in possible violation.Would like more documentation and support around the product that takes in all desired forms of learning and retention: Audio, Visual, Kinesthetic, & Hybrid models. December 12, 2022 5.0 I wasn't looking for a solution until I found this on AppSumo, but I knew part of our clients' marketing strategy includes outreach to industry professionals. I stayed away from this for so long until I found this tool, and now it helped me speed up the process of wanting to tackle this. Most are on linked in, or a good amount of people are to give me a segment of success; even 20 or 30 people across the country of opportunity does wonders, and I expect numbers to be multiples of this. Low expectation does a purposeful function and allows me to hyper-focus. Pros Simplicity is essential; a user will not use any software if over-complicated. I find this to be incredibly simple to use, straight to the point, and able to focus on fine-tuning your search. As a marketing agency, this allows us to target specific segments and locations, export this data, and then utilize my messaging systems to monitor and automate the process. Artemis has its integration, but mine was already developed, so I use this solely to create targeted scraping for hyper-focused messaging. Cons I've yet to find anything I dislike yet. The exports are clear, you won't get data on everyone because not everyone shares all their data, so keep this in mind. It's not the software's fault, no glitchiness, have to use chrome and another plug-in, usually the plug-in security is what worries me, but so far, not really an issue. Review Source Salek A. Before that i was using zeroin and oh boy what an upgrade. Pros useArtemis is a terrific lead generation tool with some serious potential. What is liked the most is that they have their own database and the icing on cake is that they also have hunter, apollo, and dropcontact API. So when they can't find the data by themselves they can use the API of established tools. Which pretty much guarantees that you'll get quality leads. Cons Using other tools apis is pretty expensive. Instead of becoming a tool that is really good at one thing they are trying to do everything at once. I'm saying that cause they recently pushed out a cold emailing update. The huge inbuilt searchable database and the planned, cold email and LinkedIn outreach should be a plus. Pros Gave high-quality data consistently and the enrichment ratio is high too. Found at least 30-35 business emails out of 50 searched. CSV enrichment, chrome extension, and LinkedIn URL search are all industry-standard features and work quite well. Cons Could not search from Sales Navigator URLs, but that's not a big problem as such as there are easy ways around it, including converting SN URLs to LinkedIn as well as the chrome extension available.
