That’s to me more important than the features because even if you have amazing features, if there’s no support when there’s an issue, then you can’t use the feature correctly. Cons I haven’t actively used the platform from my own account because I first tried it using my friend’s account, but it was full of bugs. I believed I had canceled my trial, but unfortunately, it continued without my realizing it. I only became aware of this after seeing the charges on my bank statement and attempted to reach out to customer support, but I’ve received no response. As a result, I’m now forced to resort to public platforms to try and get in touch with them, since they’re not responding via email or their chatbot. It’s unfortunate, as I would have preferred not to publicly call out their platform for its poor performance and customer service. Cons Pathetic customer experience. Just because of this one reason I would not use or recommend Use Artemis ever again. I raised a query recently on why I have been charged for subscription when I had opted to cancel it. Initially their bot responded, and it was communicated that I can take things up with a customer service representative. Within 02-03 hours I receive an email saying my subscription is cancelled and that I have access to my paid month until 09th October. Not only did their service team remain unresponsive, they went ahead and deactivated my access to the platform before the said period.I got a response email saying that this query is to be shared with the use artemis team at a mentioned email address and that I could request queries regarding refunds or payment related queries if any on a link shared which takes you to interact with another bot which took my details and emailed me stating that I would get a refund within 04-05 working days. Which did not progress any further and a rep emailed me saying that my query was already addressed and closed. However good a product is or capable a team is the underlying etiquette to customers is what matters most. Pros I love how useArtemis provides an accurate and up-to-date corporate contacts database, along with real-time data verification. It saves me time and effort in finding the right business contacts for my needs. Cons It needs a lot of work as there are bugs and basic functions that aren't working. Additionally, the email verification process is somewhat confusing, as it occasionally identifies an email as invalid, while other tools consider it valid. Since using this software, I have seen a significant increase in the number of leads I generate, and I've been able to close more deals as a result. I love how customizable the software is, allowing me to tailor my emails to each individual recipient and increasing the likelihood of a positive response.
