Given a better control and the things clearer than a manual system Pros It makes you an offer about what is better for your church depending how big is it and it is really comfortable because sometimes others software could offer a packet with a lot of functions you don't need Cons Maybe the interface is not so attractive. It will get you organized and always ready for reporting. Pros It has already built-in accounting in the system, thus it could make the work a lot easier. This is recommended for churches with many members since the funds that comes from them in any form like donations, pledges, tithes, and the likes are properly accounted for. In addition, reports can easily be generated since the system makes it possible. Cons The price of the software (web based) depends on the number of members in the church. Since it depends on the number, the price may not be reasonable for churches that accepts donations from non-church members who give not regularly, but whenever needed. Pros I like the organization for the church's budget that Faithful Steward offers. I think that keeping the balance sheet accurate is the only way to make sure you are being good stewards. Cons The ability that it seems it only supports English, and not Spanish for instance can be a challenge.
