Rasayel's overall performance and value have exceeded our expectations. It has provided us with a WhatsApp-based team inbox that has supercharged collaboration among our team members by allowing us to quickly onboard team mates and manage our conversations. This has profoundly streamlined our internal communication and enabled us to efficiently handle our customer interactions. Its integration with Zoho CRM is a real powerhouse of managing customers engagements and effective lead generation. It enable us manage multiple properties, coordinate clients and allow for timely and relevant communication across all stakeholders.

Pros

Rasayel's integration with WhatsApp is the real deal. It enable us to seamlessly interact with clients, making it easier to manage leads and sales over a popular messaging tool. The chatbox builder in Rasayel is easy to navigate and is intuitively designed making it easy to setup and customize our chatbots. Rasayel support robust integrations enable us to sync various systems and platforms to create custom solutions for our real estate projects that often involve multiple stakeholders and systems. Rasayel's reporting and analytics capabilities generate insights that aid in making data driven decisions on how to improve our customer service and use objective data to optimize our projects

Cons

Managing multiple teams across multiple numbers is confusing and having a robust chat search function would help us know where messages are stored. Also the reporting tool should be more comprehensive to enable us to measure customer satisfaction levels effectively

"Minha experiência geral com Rasayel tem sido positiva. A plataforma é extremamente intuitiva e facilita muito a navegação e a configuração das ferramentas que preciso utilizar. Isso torna meu trabalho diário mais eficiente e agradável. No entanto, sinto que a falta de dados e métricas detalhadas para medir o progresso é uma área que precisa de melhoria. Se essa funcionalidade fosse aprimorada, acredito que a plataforma seria ainda mais útil e poderosa.

Pros

Gosto muito da plataforma pela intuição e facilidade de encontrar as configurações. É muito fácil de navegar e localizar o que preciso, o que torna a experiência de uso muito agradável.

Cons

Não acho que tenha dados suficientes para medir o progresso. Sinto falta de mais informações e métricas que possam ajudar a avaliar melhor o desempenho e o progresso ao longo do tempo.

I. LOVE. RASAYEL. I am not the biggest fan of talking over the phone to dozens of people every single day but I do love chatting.

Pros

We can manage dozens of customers in chatbot and not have to talk over the phone to each one thanks to rasayel's features.

Cons

In rare occasions sometimes I can't open a chat with an individual or two. I think this issue has been fixed though because it didn't happen once in the last 4 months.
