I would like the search function for contacts to be better - and easier to integrate into distribution lists - in bulk as well

very reliable and customer services is sound

Pros

Ease of use and accuracy is king. I know that when I log into Medianet, i will access what i need in a timely manner and get on with the job.

Cons

The annual price increases are unjustifiable especially for a one person show - especially when the service remains the same and that competitors are knocking on my door for more cost efficient options.
