The innovation and the disponibilty of the support and dev team

Cons

I think features that worked on different clients could work also for the entire ecosystem so maybe a space where these tailored features are presented could work really good

Pros

La plataforma es muy intuitiva, es muy fácil crear una campaña desde cero y las métricas que nos aportan son muy valiosas para reportar a las marcas.

Cons

Por ahora no he encontrado algo que me haya disgustado de la plataforma.

Quite happy for now, we are still in the implementation phase but the follow-up throughout this process, the feedback and the business expectations are quite good and favorable for both brands.

Pros

It is a very comfortable platform and with a lot of follow-up by the product team, the possibility of adapting the features to the business needs is quite good for the growth of emerging brands in retail media

Cons

Unlike other players, more types of bidding need to be implemented and the ability to set kpis objectives per brand

Simplicidad, algoritmo de auto-bidding, promesa de ROAS implicita en el producto

Cons

Las campañas no entregan en su totalidad, lo cual dificulta darle escalabilidad al negocio. Parecer ser que falta conocimiento del negocio de publicidad del lado de TopSort (WOW)
