They are the best. Even when it comes to questions about new stuff. I asked about Artificial Intelligence and was able to understand "prompting" Copilot because of SAS Customer Intelligence.

Pros

Keeping up to date on the best ways to get my work done. I can always depend upon SAS Customer intelligence 360.

Cons

There's an atmosphere; I've noticed of... perhaps some utilities not being available for the long haul. Perhaps not true. SAS has been around for a long time and is still the best option for my work.

Pros

It's a great solution to manage data for marketing purposes, build segments and audiences, and orchestrate communications. It works very well with both on-prem and cloud databases without the need to copy data, just pulling metadata. It also integrates with other channels like Salesforce or Brazr.

Cons

The interface is probably not the best. It could be improved to be more intuitive and friendly. I've seen improvements, which is great because you can see it's a solution that gets constant enhancements, but it still has areas of opportunity.
