Pros- Affordable, immediate advantages being able to track vehicles Cons- Getting used to everything. New HOS app has a lot of bugs to work out. The HOS app is the main reason we got fleet complete.

I find that it is useful for locating where units are at specific times. Find the system a little confusing to navigate, so I end up calling into customer service fairly often.
