Having only been a user of FleetComplete for 3 months or so, my experience has been positive, except for technical support when preparing to install our 3 units. Tech support did not have a answer to our question and said they would call back. Admittedly, this was a Saturday when I called; however, we never received the call back, that day or any other. Fortunately, we were able to work through the installation information and found this plug-n-play set up to be easier than the instructions indicated.

Pros

The fact that I can locate a team member to help with dispatching from a smart device is very beneficial for our HVAC business.

Cons

Although the smart device application is a bit slower than the desktop and has a window full of information, it's still a benefit.

This has help us keep track of vehicle and drivers much better than our previous program.

Pros

I like being able to see all of our vehicles on one map and being able to get real time data about where they are located.

Cons

I feel that the trip replay feature could be laid out better, I would like to be able to see a full display of multiple trips at once on the map rather than going through each trip at a time.

Quite Exceptional

Pros

All in one, easy to use GUI, along with a robust feature rich application

Cons

The only c"negative" aspect that I have with the program unless I missed it in the demo or the demonstrator did not have enough time to demonstrate, would be the ability to sanction certain assets via groups and assign users to those groups. As rep. have stated, they could clear a week for demo purposes and still not go through everything that Fleet Complete has to offer.

You are able to group the assets into Asset Types, and when making Security Profiles, you can make sure only certain Asset Types are visible to certain Users. I like it but there need to be a way for us to customize to our needs and wants

I actually works . And it hasn’t when down since we installed it

Cons

There is no quick refresh to update fleet positions. And you can’t zoom in and out with mouse. It needs to show direction of travel when you click on a fleet truck. I know there is a option to show a arrow instead of the icon but that’s not what I’m talking about

### "Good, but broke my trucks"

The software is great. Used it for about 2 years and in that time it broke nearly half our fleet. The GPS is constantly draining off the battery and within 2 years half our fleet of BRAND new one-ton trucks had to have their batteries replaced. Also, one GPS unit actually interfered with the trucks computer system and cost $900 to diagnose and figure out that unplugging the Fleet Complete system fixed everything. Overall, it's a fine system if you feel like constantly repairing vehicles.

Is ok but need more improvement to be more smoothly I like it any way because I can see where are my teams ;)

From the very beginning, my experience has been nothing but positive. I initially thought I would use the GPS to monitor driver after hours vehicle use, but it has been far more useful; We use it for client billing disputes, timesheet verification, scheduling vehicle maintenance and monitoring driver performance. But even better, one of my drivers was in an accident and he was rear ended. The other party clearly at fault, claimed the my driver did a U turn and cut in front of them, which was not true. They claimed bodily injury as well as vehicle damage. With help from customer service, I was able to prepare reports, such as "breadcrumb trail", "harsh corning" and "position" to give to the insurance investigator to negate this fraudulent claim. Without these reports, this claim could compromise our insurance as well as the drivers record. I never would have thought the program would help with accident investigations; just another benefit of having the Fleet Complete program. I also have to mention that the customer service team is amazing and very knowledgeable, I have never had a bad experience. The software itself is easy on the eye and very friendly to use. We are a small non for profit organization and investing in Fleet Complete has been a wise choice. Without hesitation, I would recommend Fleet Complete to any business big or small.

Pros

The real-time tracking helps to know where our technicians are, as well as verify their time sheets on a day to day basis.

Cons

The reports over a longer period (weekly or monthly) can be a bit tougher to sift through, though give a good overview.

I love the customer service. very friendly, fast and effective.

Pros

This product was very easy to use. We had to get one of the trackers having 12 volt system. I called the support line and they sent me the 12 volt wired system fast. When I received the wiring, the tracker was not working. Customer support helped me get it running and I was not even on hold for long. the customer service and the usability of the product is great. Havent had this product for long, but if this is the service I get from them, I will be a customer for good.

Cons

The 12 volt system (no fault of their as they did send me the cords i needed) it was just inconvenient

Wait times are horrible. ELDs don't always work. Shipping for replacement is over 2 weeks. Customer service is hard to understand.

Overall it is a great tool for tracking your fleet. I often have an issue with it not loading properly or crashing on me but it usually works with a restart. An app is a nice option but not very user-friendly. I find I don't use it unless I have to.

Full fleet tracking. The accuracy of location is great.

Crashes, fleet and/or map doesn't load sometimes.

Allowed us to cross the border as an AOBRD operator, however, the Odometer readings are incorrect daily. Speak to customer service weekly, yet to find a solution. Have been using it for over 3 months.

Pros

Tracking the truck all day long is the best part of this program. It is the only feature we find that functions most of the time. The odometer reading is TERRIBLE. INCORRECT DAILY.

Cons

Odometer readings on all the trucks are incorrect daily. We make weekly phone calls to get the reading correct, spending hours at a time. Only to find the problem reoccurs again the next day.

I wrote in that I only get Report Schedules when I click on Reports on the ribbon toolbar. I do not get Fleet like Help shows. I still only get Report Schedules. I have used a lot of financial programs through my 30-year career. This is the most difficult one to plod through. JD Edwards on green screen in the 90's was easier to get up and running on. I used this in October for my third quarter report. At this time of the year, I need to get the data without a lot of webinar watching.

Cons

Watch the video on Utube that you direct us to learn how to get the fuel tax report. It flies through too fast. When I push the timeline cursor back to the beginning, a Christmas decoration video comes on.

The company currently AT&T for it's phone service and they have given us better coverage for their service and being the Fleet Complete work with AT&T it was just a smart move for us.

The ease of use. The interface is very easy to use and understand. The customer service was very helpful and accessible. The real-time tracking is on point and the maps are great.

I wanted a monthly summarized condensed monthly report of my Fleets activity but they are only able to send a very long report which is too time-consuming to read and decipher

Scam. Criminals. They are stealing my money. Will cancel asap. Wont recommend at all. Not even for a second

Everything Is wrong. Most of the time with error.not connecting etc. Do not recommend this fleet complete not even to my worth enemy.that bad its. Specially for the cost. Spending about 112 a month per truck. When i was told that it was 36 a month. Scam. There are some other provider out there for a fraction of the price. Don't believe on this guys. Not trusty.W A R N I N G!!!

Dear Omnevis, Apologies, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. We do provide a list of all of our charges in our contracts upon signup with a provider. If you are just paying for tracking, it is quite affordable. If your bill includes tablets, it will be higher. We will have a Senior Specialist call you about this.
